I bought it to upgrade my bedroom tv but after setting it up, I didn't like it as much as my original tv so i took it back down and put it in my workout room. This tv wasn't much of an upgrade as my other tv was 4k and only 3 years old. this new tv has a lot of smart features but that are slow (like when using Hulu, it is slower to load and scroll through shows). You are really better off just getting a tv that isn't smart and buying the add on device like Fire Tv, Apple Tv, or xbox. I didn't use the sound because I have it connected to a sound bar.

I am sorry that you are experiencing slow processing with certain apps.
To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
It improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

Would have liked a more indepth instructions on setting it up and what this TV can do. Only issue is that the sound is very TINNY. Hard to hear sometimes.

Seems like a good deal, the picture is good quality compared to the really cheap ones. Samsung software is meh, i bought a Chromecast w/ Google TV to use on it instead.

All have been Samsung TVs and all have lasted for a very long time, I believe that Samsung is a great product, very reliable , Their support team in wonderful - always available when called and very very helpful. I had the Geek Team install it for me (getting up there in age) and the rep was wonderful. I highly recommend using the Geek Squad. They were early, very professional and knowledgeable, neat and efficient and very respectful.
