Had a problem with my last Samsung 600 model sound and picture went after 6 months. Hope this 800 model works better. Time will tell.

The old speaker had gone out and the sound quality on this tv is sooo much better! The quality of the screen is great as well!

Glad to say it worked out nicely. We picked it up at the store where it was purchased. We we’re hesitant about the condition the box would be in when we got there. But that as well was good, no damage. The only thing we wish it would have come with was a selection for the stands. We really could have used them more in the toward the center. Our tv stand was smaller than where the legs had to be positioned. Only draw back.

First, hung it on my pull out wall mount & discovered I had 4 red dots on the screen so I didn’t want to take it back to store so I got a hold of Samsung & took a week to fix the issue... Samsung repair guy said it’s a new thing he’s never seen... First, they replaced the main board on tv but then it didn’t fix the problem so the replaced the screen... The Samsung repair guy told me there was a defect in the screen... Got home, place it back on the wall mount & it’s good as new...
