Great TV, “Screw”y problem!0

However, it does not come with screws for mounting on a universal wall mount. “Special” size screws are required. Very disappointing when you are in the middle of changing over TVs and you must stop to call the store to find out you must go to Lowe’s or Home Depot to purchase the necessary “special” screws. Those screws should have been included. I know this isn’t a Best Buy issue but you ha e the means to express a customer’s displeasure with an aspect of a product.
