I really love this tv!!!! It’s big but thin so it’s not heavy!!! The pixels are amazing!! The sound quality is very good!! And the tv has many different options to choose from and customizable. I really am happy with my tv I recommend this tv to anyone looking to purchase one!! Samsung is a good brand, my parents have theirs for 10 years and it still works great!!!

Was used to Android TV so it was a bit weird at first. Bought an open box product and it was well packed and had everything it comes with from factory. Picture quality its good except for some very noticeable lighting on every corner. Audio could be a lot better, some content is too low and some too high.

Quality of picture, brightness and audio output is awesome

Very nice picture. I really appreciate the user interface because I only need one remote control to switch between over the air and streaming services, very convenient. I have a sound bar that I use because almost none of the flatscreen TVs have decent sound. However, this one may be adequate without a sound bar for some people, you have to go hear it to evaluate it.

Great picture. Not crazy about the backlight, needs better speakers. Great price.

Great TV! Purchased 5 months ago. It was easy to mount and the picture quality is crystal clear. We use it to access streaming apps with no issues, listen to music, and workout routines. Sound is great, perfect for playing music when I'm cleaning on Saturday mornings. Would love to eventually have all Samsung tv's in our home.

Menu options are a bit trickier than my previous Samsung TVs but the picture and features are great.

The SAMSUNG Crystall UHD lived up to it's description with brighter contrast and richer color compared to the old SAMSUNG 4K LED that replaced it. Some confusion in delivery, but all was resolved much to my benefit. That's why I always buy my appliances and electronics at Best Buy.
