It looks good so far but I haven't tested it rigorously. I mainly wanted to leave a review to say that it DOES come with a mount contrary to some other reviews. It's just a few small plates that really doesn't look like a mount. Not getting ripped off here.

Love how this disappears in the bedroom. The tv is sharp and the image is sharp and clear. It’s not as sharp as my OLEDs but at this size it’s harder to tell. I took away 1 star because I’m not thrilled with the interface.

Pictures are nice. Grandson set it up but wish it was more user friendly for antenna tv. I have high speed internet. Have to add in Brit Box and Acorn. However my soundbar went out. Unsure where problem is. Waiting for new one. Tried new optical cord.

I love this tv. I subscribed to the artwork, and looking at the different paintings is so much better than a black rectangle. The picture quality and smart tv functions all work great.

Love how it actually looks like a piece of art and how easy it is to pick what you wish to view. It blends into the decor and does not detract from it. As a TV, it is quick to respond and the picture is really a good quality. It is exactly what I was hoping for.

Excellent TV. The image quality for both shows/movies as well as paintings are exceptional. I would recommend it highly for anyone looking to vary the art in their home.

No regrets at all in buying it. It fits so well whether as a painting or a tv. Quality of the sound and visuals are great too.

Is a great TV, I loved how it is uniquely crafted into a framework tv. Pictures wise is ok, not as clear or colorful as other Samsung tv brands. Would I bought again in the future? definitely yea!

I love it, I love it! I love it! Although the Samsung iOS is slow, and has the equivalent of 1 brain cell more than the first Nintendo nothing but pleased, it does 120 fps, which for fhyuck boys like me, with a ps5 pro, is the cats pajamas.

i swear it is like looking out a window, the picture at times is so clear and crisp you forget that it is just a TV

Bought my frame TV in late March of 2025. It worked fine (and the artwork capability is pretty cool) for about a month then started spooling often while I was watching a show. Starting with a few short spooling episodes, but building to maybe 6-10 minutes of spooling in a half hour show - didn't matter which streaming service. None of the other TVs in the house or other devices had this issue. Then it would also give a message of no network connection. Unplugging might help briefly, but the issue came back quickly. Finally, the network connection issue was constant and the TV was useless. Calling or contacting Samsung for service is a challenge, but after a couple hours of troubleshooting with them, they agreed to come out and fix it - it only took about three weeks to get someone out. They replaced the communications board and the TV worked fine for about a month, then it all started again. I called Samsung more frequently letting them know that we appear to be in a loop and it's getting worse. Their solution is always to do a factory reset, which does work, until it doesn't - usually about a week. When it works after a factory reset, they say case closed, and won't listen to the fact that we have a pattern and we know it's not going to last. Today I decided that with just shy of a month left on the warranty and getting regular spooling/network connection issues, I'm going to try to state my case again. I called and they put me into a text chat. The first thing I was told is that the warranty is up. I sent a pic of the receipt showing a 3/29/25 purchase date. I was told the warranty went into effect on 2/1/25 (two months before I bought it) and expired 2/28/26 (eleven months after I bought it). There was no logic in the answers I received only repeated statements that the warranty is expired. I spent an hour and a half arguing on text about the warranty and never got to my question about the lemon TV. The concept is cool, and the artwork makes the room look nice, but my TV may be in the dumpster soon! If the nice, name brand TVs are just junk, I'll just buy the cheap brands from here on out.

We have three of these and love the art feature. It’s a great TV too. Need to have time for the remotely located control box, so view the specs.

Crisp picture, interface is easy to use. I purchased an open box item at the BestBuy outlet and had a great experience.

The Frame has a beautiful picture and looks amazing in our room. Recommend the teak frame to give it a finished artwork look.
