I thought 4K would be sharper, but I don't see difference with former HD tv

Best Buys tracking system is awful. It arrived the day after it said multiple tines that it was “arriving by 8PM today” without any explanation. After getting a call back from support it arrived without notice while I was on the phone with them... no attempt to knock or ring the bell for a 43” TV! Then it took 5 minutes to get the tracking person to understand that it arrived and was not lost.
