The Samsung - 43" Class - LED - Q60 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR is one of my best purchases. Awesome picture! Surprisingly, the tv volume is not that bad. The setup was easy. Connecting my sound bar and other wireless gadgets was straightforward. I’m not a techie. But the set up from unpacking to connecting everything to watching This beauty took less than an hour. I have much to learn and experience!

I originally bought the older model from Best Buy that this newer Q60 model replaced due to price. The newer model was almost twice the price and I figured the less expensive model would be acceptable. Wrong. This tv goes in a light filled keeping room off our kitchen. In the old model, the picture was washed out and had a horrible viewing angle. If you took two steps laterally in either direction there was a distinct change in the picture. On this Q60 model, the viewing angle hardly changes at all. Great picture right out of the box. I used a Consumer Reports guideline to set the picture to all of optimum settings but the factory had them right in almost every category. The only complaint is the remote for this Q60 model. It is very minimalist with action buttons compared to all of the other Samsung’s that we own. E.G., no exit or input command button. No paper manual, only an e-manual you access off the screen. Very hard to use to find the info you need.

Loved the TV once I calibrated it by eye. I have an appointment to get calibrated by Geek Squad in Oct. Bought this to replace a Samsung TV that had a problem with HDMI board died. Was very disappointed when I first turn it on after unpacking colors were washed out and contrast was way out. I calibrated it by eye. Here is the equipment I have and room condition. Room is bright during daytime. Equipment Comcast 4k XG1C4 cable box, TV connected by 8k ver 2.1 HDMI cable, X1 high speed modem router voice 1gig speed connected by Cat 8 ethenet cable. This is my 6th Samsung Smart TV and second QLED set. I liked the 65” so much I replaced our 43” set with this one. We were watching a show on the old set that had some very dark scenes which were hard to see. The new set had much better contrast watch the same show. The clarity of the QLED is noticeably better. The smart features (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) display with amazing detail, too. I like the voice remotes a lot. Small and functional. Also, you can plug into the internet with a network cable (RJ45) or your Wi-Fi Router with good results either way.

I live in an apartment so the 43" size fits the space I have for a TV perfectly. Viewing distance is maybe 12' max, and it looks great anywhere you're sitting. No sun glare on the screen. And it will rejuvenate your entire movie library, even old (restored) movies made in the 50's look fantastic on this TV. The best way I can describe it, you don't feel like you're looking through a camera lens anymore. You feel like you're right on the set with the actors. You see details you've never seen before. Subtle lighting that was just part of the background suddenly comes alive. The internet connection is very stable (doesn't drop all the time like my 2015 model did) and access to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. is excellent. The blacks are like squid ink, and colors are vivid. Easy to set up, easy to control, simple remote, I can't think of anything negative to say about this TV. It costs a little more, but I think it was money well spent.

The Samsung Q60 QLED the picture quality is outstanding, The TV has a good number of smart features. The Netflix app is very fast and snappy, And youtube loads very fast, changing TV channels are instant. Oh, my favorite feature, when I turn ON the TV, I can pick up exactly where I left off. The app store has tons of apps. I've installed Vudu, Spotify and used them. The interface and feels is great. Last but not least, is the black levels. When I tested the screen quality, I play a movie in 4K. The movie I tried has a lot of screens in the dark, and this TV is by far one of the most superior tv's I have seen, not OLED good, but good. The black is deep, and the colors are vibrant, and the screen is bright. I will surely recommend this TV to friends and family.

Picture quality and color rendering is outstanding My current TV is not inferior by any means. But the Samsung Q60 QLED blows away my current one. The picture quality is outstanding, it is nowhere near to any TV I've seen till today. The TV has tons of smart features. The Netflix app is very fast and snappy, And youtube loads very fast, changing TV channels are instant. Oh, my favorite feature, when I turn ON the TV, I can pickup exactly where I left off, isn't that amazing. The app store has tons of apps. I've installed Vudu, Spotify and used them. The interface and feel is great. Last but not the least, is the black levels. I am a big fan of Dark Knight movies. And I regularly watch them. When I have to test the screen quality, I play this movie in 4K. The movie has lot of screens in the dark, and this TV is by far the most superior I have seen. The black is deep, and colors are vibrant, and screen is bright. Hands down, the best TV I've seen, and now I do own one, awesome!! I will surely recommend this TV to friends and family.

Wow. The picture quality and the colors are amazing. Very clear and vibrant. Really good smart TV. Easy to use. Nice capabilities. The only problem would be the sound. Should be louder with better sound quality. But the price was excellent.

This is an excellent Samsung TV. No complaints at all about picture quality or sound. However, it has a strange tendency to turn itself on about 15-20 seconds after I've turned it off. No idea why, and once I figured that out, I just started watching it to make sure it was going to stay off before I left the room. The remote is very slick and streamlined. Very minimalist with only a few buttons, but it's surprisingly intuitive to use. That said, when certain apps are updated (i.e., amazon prime, youtube, netflix, etc.), figuring out which buttons now control which functions can be a bit of a pain. Maybe a few more buttons for certain fixed functions wouldn't hurt. I'd buy this (or another Samsung TV) again without hesitation.

The 43" model is perfect for a small-medium bedroom. The picture is outstanding on the channels sending through a higher quality signal. I'm not really thrilled with the new remote that comes with it or the start-up menu. I would've preferred that they left it the same as older models, but it's not a deal breaker.

The TV was easy to set up. The picture quality is outstanding. Absolute clarity .. almost looks like photographs. Superb. However, there is a bit of a glare problem that we did not experience with the TV that was replaced. Bright lights in the room (Xmas tree for example) glare like a mirror on the screen. We have to relocate table lamps and draw the curtains on sunny days else it interferes with the picture. Wish the stand had a swivel or angle you could adjust to offset the glare. Old TV never had this problem.

I purchased this TV for my bedroom and I am blown away by the picture and the smart capabilities that are built in. I plugged in my 4k fire stick and it integrated right into the tv's features so I only need to use one remote. I also love the built in ambient mode since it is mounted on my wall. The smart things app that you can download on your iPhone or Android phone works pretty slick as well. The sound from the speakers are decent for what they are but you can always add a sound bar with a wireless subwoofer :)

Great TV. Sharp and bright. Remote is minimalist but automatically programmed itself for my cable box. Streaming features are very good (we use wired connection). Bixby voice control is useable, but can be unpredictable, coming on when not requested...probably configuration is required. A fair amount of room light glare reflects off the screen. Thankfully, it’s in a place where we can control lights and seating to minimize. All in all a solid TV.

Had to find a great quality tv to fit my antique entertainment center. This was the right pick for me. Looks ands sounds better than expected. User friendly during setup. Just can’t get my AT&T app to come up for HBO channels I can get on my phone. Other than that, I recommend this tv.

I purposely bought a high-end 4K rather than a low-end 8K. I want to see good definition, without the granularity of 8K sets that show every pore on someone's face! This television has good color and sound, and the broadcast qualities are amazing! The color slightly favors the reds and greens. But I don't mind, as the picture has a quality to it that I call "sparkle", a sort of aliveness. I had looked at the equivalent Sony tv, and while the reds and greens were not standing out, it also lacked this aliveness "sparkle" factor. The remote that comes with the tv is a little unusual, but the Geek Squad reprogrammed my regular remote to use instead for most purposes, which works well. The onscreen programming options are a bit confusing, which is why I give Ease of Use 4 stars instead of 5.

The 43" QLED Samsung TV has an excellent picture and was easy to mount on our wall. Controls are easy to understand and implement. A little disappointed in the quality of sound for the price of this television. I would recommend to a friend.
