Very nice 43 inch 4k TV

Set TV for natural flesh tones and don't be afraid to turn up the sharpness and contrast . The first set I purchased had a great price but was dissapointed with how it showed 1080p, so took it back and spent the money for an QLED set. Sound is so so and had to buy a sound bar to get the most effect out of movies. I would rate it 4.5 .....always room for some improvement.

Great TV; remote is not truly universal

The remote, which is advertised as universal is not. The included remote can control a lot of devices. However, although it is able to turn on our Spectrum cable box with the remote's "Power" button, the remote does not turn the cable box off with the "Power" button. We had the Geek Squad come out to try to program the remote to do so and were told it was not possible. To avoid using multiple remotes, we had to buy a $50 universal remote and pay the Geek Squad $50 to program it for us.
