    I had to buy this product twice because the TV kept turning on and off whenever it wanted and the background display was defective. My second TV is better, but I still have issues with it turning on after I turn it off. For a Samsung I had expected much better.

    This is the bottom of the barrel of this class and it does look good but for the same size and same features you can get another brand a lot cheaper. It is a visually pleasing and excellent quality build but in the end I took it back.

    Not 120hz Capable

    This 43" TV says it's capable of 120hz. It's not. After buying the PS5 and contacting Samsung they confirmed it's only capable of 60hz. Had I known this I would've bought a different model. Other than that excellent TV.

    The picture isn't as sharp as my old wonderful 40 inch Samsung. The color is improved. I am still getting used to operating the remote, but it doesn't seem as "smart".

    This unit replaced a 32 inch economy set so I was expecting a “ WOW” difference in picture quality. It actually is only marginally better. Sound quality is poor. Not worth the price.

    The smart feature is not that smart. Sometimes it has a mind of its own. The picture is OK, it will get fizzy behind moving objects in the scene.

    Doesn’t work well after two weeks. The “standard” picture does not work well. It flickers to a lighter shade of light to a darker shade which is not very visible. I reset to factory standards and it still has the same problem. I had a Samsung before and i worked well but this Samsung QLED was not with the extra money for a 43 inch tv.

    We love the tv. Having to find a compatible stand, was a PIA. Once we found a stand, we were able to enjoy the tv.

    Dont go for that price. Check for any deals and then purchase a 55 or above 43" is not at all worth

    Very hard to use. Not user friendly at all. If you use any apps, you may get lost in a maze and cannot get out. Leave it to Samsung to make it as hard as possible. After 3 months, we junked it in favor of a Roku TV and never been happier.
