Great picture and color. The picture is very clear and the color is beautiful. The set up took a little bit of time but I am not a tech genius

This tv has great quality picture, easy set up. The only draw back is the volume is not that good.

I have an older home that lacks room for a "Home Theater" type installation. I was looking for a set with the more important newer features but not too large to fit a smaller room. This set is a fantastic compromise with a great picture, 4k, good App support. It has a good lateral view and sound, as well, with no blur during sporting events. Setup was simple.

We wanted a smart TV and have been very pleased with our previous Samsung products. I chose this product on line using the comparison charts to narrow my choices. This one fit best for the location. It was easy to install fitting on the same wall bracket, which I was able to ascertain on line as well. The only issue was that the previous screws used were not compatible with this TV. I had to purchase new ones and the one mentioned in the install directions did not specify the size needed. I bought more than one size to get one that worked.

Impressed with the picture have only had it a few weeks but setup was super easy and user friendly. Good little tv for a bedroom.

Very happy with this TV it was more expensive than others but the picture quality is worth it. All the latest smart tv options.

I was hesitant to buy the TV as an open box. My worries were unfounded. I found the set up easy. The store sales person wrapped the TV extremely well so that damage during transport wasn't remotely an issue. The only issue is that I didn't get the original remote and had to buy a universal remote. This remote doesn't have all the features that the original remote would have had. One last thing, I can't say enough good things about the service that the sales person provided. So helpful!

Bought the Samsung q60 43in from open box. There were no details other than "missing non essential accessories" or something to that nature. I call and they tell me it has no remote or stand but i had already bought the TV the night before. It is brought out with minimum wrapping and no box. I believe you should list all these details with the TV if you want to accurately represent what is all included with the product customers are buying. Also i was not allowed in the store due to the pandemic which a week later they stopped enforcing. Great TV for the price but a subpar experience in getting it.

The list of features this TV has is extensive. For the first time I could simply hang this TV on the wall and plug it in...no HDMI connected devices necessary. Using apps, this TV is able to connect to your paid cable service, Apple TV and Airplay and every streaming service such as YouTube, Amazon, Netflix, etc. It also has an ambient mode that turns the large black blank screen of a powered off TV into a beautiful display. Fantastic picture and a simple remote that controls everything.
