Surprisingly it hasn’t been 100%. Sometimes the TV lags and takes some time to reconnect to the Internet as I’m using it to stream all streaming services and play music. I think Samsung just makes TVs too fast now and some of the quality has downgraded. The pictures are perfect though and the functionality is very easy to use. For the most part I would recommend this item since it was a good price through Best Buy.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Placed this TV along with a paired sound bar above my kitchen cabinets...used a wall mount that tilts and rotates...installed a ROKU stick...Excellent reception, picture and sound...I use it more than my 65 inch oled adjacent to the kitchen(great room expands the kitchen)...High definition channels are clear and robust...excellent addition to my kitchen...also great for music videos off of YouTube when the neighbors are over...Highly recommend.

Great TV for the bedroom

Setup was really easy. Really happy with it and the picture quality. Intelligent mode is great for sound if you don't have a sound bar in the room. Was able to get HDR material look a lot better in movie mode by increasing the gamma a tick, changing color space to native (looks better this way with HDR content), and setting contrast enhancer to high. Picture quality is awesome!

I have replaced older TVs with the Samsungs because they are rock-solid TVs with a very intuitive design for the controls. The QLED picture quality is outstanding. I believe it is the best quality picture in the market at this price point.

Just had to find feet and power cord. Just used my universal remote instead of buying a new Samsung remote. Best buy was right about buying a satisfactory open box item it doesn't effect quality of TV. If you want to take a chance on a open box it was well worth it for me. Love the picture quality, sharpness and crispness of this TV. Samsung customer for life!

Have a small work out room so needed a smaller tv. They do not make quality TVs smaller than 55 inches anymore. I like the Samsung operating system and connects well via WiFi even through the floor and a wall to get to router. The picture is nice but the blacks are not very clear and get muddy. It is either to bright or not bright enough with setting and very little middle ground. Edging gets dark at times. I am good with adjusting TVs to optimize whites and black and have tried every trick I know with very little help in contrast and clarity. Was considering buying a Samsung Q80 for my living room but went with a Sony Z9F instead that was half off. Would love an OLED but my living room is too bright for it. The QLED is nice enough but at the Q60 level not impressed. For 500 bucks it’s okay for my work out room. As far as the Q80 or Q90 there are far better TVs on the high end of Models out there and not sold on Samsung’s QLED yet.

I am sorry that the picture performance of your 43inch Q60R TV is less than perfect.
, this model features Eco Sensor to adjust TV brightness automatically by measuring the light in your room and optimizing brightness to reduce power consumption.
If you want to turn this off, go to > Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection
• If the screen is too dark while you are watching TV in a dark environment, it may be due to the Ambient Light
• Detection function.
• The ECO sensor is located at the bottom of the TV. Do not block the sensor with any object as doing so can decrease picture brightness
For better sharpness and clarity, please try these tips:
1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Adjust the cable box or satellite box's video output resolution to 1080i.
4) Look for a channel that is broadcasting native HD content. For over the air/cable antenna connection, try these steps to find HD channels: Go to Menu>Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program

Both TV's produce vivid colors and the menu system is fast as well as easy to use. I have no regrets of buying these TVs.

It's perfect for using as a cord cutting device. I was able to connect to Youtube TV as my replacement for cable. Color is excellent, sound is adequate with built in speakers, but works great with my surround sound.
