    We absolutely love this television. So nice not to have a big black hole, but a nice array or art to look at instead!

    Matte coating is very nice and makes it look like artwork on the wall. Looks very nice with the frame bezels.

    For the money, not that great. Not happy you have to pay considerably more for the frame either. Nithing special. Only positive is if you have a bright room. Very minimal glare on screen.

    Like them but cable between box and screen seem to have issues and getting replacements has been painful and part is expensive on its own. Also tv boxes are very big.

    Included the wrong brackets, TV was returned

    This was a refurbished product. The brackets were both right side, and we tried to find the left bracket around the store but to no avail, so the tv was shortly returned after a few days.

    Poor longevity Tv only lasted two years and burned out. I don’t recommend Samsung TVs anymore.

    I wanted to love this TV so much. After only 30 days of having this TV professionally mounted, the TV no longer turns on. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting. My last step is to replace the one connection cord. I called Samsung and they quoted me $200. I’ve had this TV for less than 60 days and already needing to replace parts. Buyer beware that this is a common occurrence.

    Missing Wall Mount

    The TV works great, but it came without the wall mount. Upon reading other reviews, it seems like this is a common issue with this specific model (43 inch frame TV). Best Buy Support did not replace the missing wall mount when I reported the issue. Very poor experience overall.

    This piece of crap failed just past 2 years old. The cost to repair quoted was $813 - MORE than the current model is selling for today. Samsung Frame televisions are CRAP - BUYER BEWARE!!! Customer support offered ZERO help - If you want to pay a thousand bucks plus for a television that is only going to last a couple years then this is for you! Crap!

    We went with an open box special and from the time we got home until we returned this tv we were trying to optimize the colors. We were never able to get it right. I have saved significant $$s buying open box specials previously. This one I had to return. Best Buy took the tv back with out a question.

    Worst Mount Design Ever

    So the mounting system has changed and is different than what's even on the Samsung website. There are no separate brackets that you can mount into the studs, you just get the two square plates and you drill those into the wall. It's essentially designed just for drywall, and the provided anchors are not even threaded, nor hollow wall, and were spinning upon installation. I decided to go to my local hardware store for better anchors, but I can't use the screws that came with the TV because the threading is different. This is an issue because the head of the screws from the hardware store are thicker than Samsung's, and even after filing them down, I can't get them flat enough. So here I am, with 4 holes in my wall and a TV on the ground that I can't mount due to the most pathetic design of a mount imaginable. Can't wait to return it later today.
