Lokks nice, works as advertised, but right outside the one year mark i had one stop working abruptly with no inciting incident. I know no product is with out blips, but it was still very disappointing

I never had this issue with my old Samsung charger. Doesn't matter which outlet, this thing won't stay in! It's nerve wrecking to depend on it to charge overnight for an alarm and it falls out and stops charging and you don't get the alarm. Very disappointed in quality. It's also supposed to be super fast but seems to charge the same speed as my cheap one. Why did I pay 50 for this??
