I had to talk to 6 different samsung people before getting an exchange so be ready when it fails and have patience and lota of pictures to send to the people who help in the chats online for Samsung.

Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. The charging speed is inconsistent — sometimes super fast, other times just normal. It's also quite heavy, which I didn't expect. The cable is a good length, but it's very stiff. I had a short 15-day return window, but I got caught up in business and missed it. Would not recommend.

It broke, I contacted Samsung customer service because it states 1 year warranty, and I was hung up on by Samsung customer twice because their accessories "do not" have a warranty.
