Great Picture 10 bit panel and 10 point white balance Remote not friendly, had to buy a universal remote just to get basic features like keypad with numbers to input TV channels

Easy to use very sharp picture. Waiting to buy sound bar

We've been happy with picture & features. Surprised how brightness automatically adjusts to low ambient light and not sure we always like that. Also noticed viewing not as good from over 30 degree angle or so. Wish all brands put a little LED light near ports in back of unit so I don't have to use a flashlight to find/use various ports.

Excellent picture, priced great, very easy to set up

The image on the TV is fantastic. Probably the only reason i have kept it. I had audio issues with this model. Had to exchange it twice. The picture quality is great. It does upscale the video well. The "smart" features are sluggish and non-responsive at times, and you must turn on your video/audio source before turning on the TV. Otherwise you get no sound. I found this to be true on all three sets i have tried (2 returned, and one i kept). After paying so much for a TV i would have expected better quality and support from Samsung. Good thing i am not entirely dependent on the smart features on the TV for my viewing and listening needs. To sum up, If you are looking for an awesome image. Get this TV. If you are looking for great smart features and audio that works no matter what order you turn on your devices... then maybe this isn't the set for you.

I've had several Samsung tvs in the past which were great but this one blows them all away. I was never into 3D. But after seeing my first 3D movie on this tv, I was hooked. Bravo Samsung

The picture is awesome on this TV. The sound is so so but a sound bar makes it great. The standard settings are way to bright for most people but movie setting works great with adjustment.

We lost a Samsung in an electric storm. Replaced with a Samsung 8500 television. This new tv's has a much better picture and capability: Netflix, Internet. texts and more available when turned on. We bought a V box soundboard which is compatible with tv and easy to hook -up.

We got this to replace an older, smaller set. This set is amazing! Picture quality is excellent, sound is very good, We have zero complaints or issues with this set.

It was everything that the reviews said. I have not used it to watch very fast moving action, but so far, have tried 4K and HD content and output is good. Even tried a 3D movie with the provided glasses. Remote pointer does sometimes behave weirdly. Good buy

I bought this TV for the bedroom. It has great picture. We like to watch movies and sometimes sports. It has good sound. I am not disappointed at all.

We are very pleased with our purchase. The only thing that is a drawback is the shiny screen. It reflects light from the rest of the room and windows. The color and clarity are wonderful.

Perfect size for our space. Excellent color and picture. Shows details we've never seen. Waiting for calibration so it will give us the maximum experience. Smart tv features are quick to load and add great additional content.

I love this new line of Samsung Ultra 4K HDTV. The color is just amazing and breath taking. Though I had some issues with YouTube Videos freezes when paused for an extended time. A firmware update to the TV resolved the issue.

Picture is crystal clear with extraordinary clarity. Landscapes and nature programs are amazing. Movies and tv programs take a bit of adjusting. Sometimes people look a bit cartoonish or superimposed on scenery. In that regard, I miss my plasma as it seemed more realistic.

Perfect size TV screen for my 20' x 20' room. Very attractive contemporary frame. Great picture quality. Like the single bar for hooking up cables, wires.

initially planned on something less expensive but my wife was sold instantly on the picture. of course, a great cyber monday sale price was a clincher. then, vastly enhanced by the polk sound system

Great TV with very clear picture and color. It seems to be able to do about everything too! Access movie and television apps, lightweight so it was easy to move in, and thin so it is tight to the wall.

This is my second Samsung 4K TV. It has an amazing picture. I connected it to Tivo Bolt was no issues. The only issue is the sound. The sound starts out low and increases as the TV warmup. Also the power cord is too short to go behind the wall, but I was able to find a 15" power cord on Amazon. It works perfect.
