I had to quickly replace an LG 50" 4k UHD that I absolutely loved and this one was a "best replacement I could find on short notice". Luckily it was on sale so that seemed like a bonus at the time. I also bought the extended warranty since the last one died after less than 3 years (time will tell if that was worth the peace of mind). For this Samsung, I was not happy with the picture out of the box. After much playing, I went with most of the suggestions from rtings.com except I used the warm color1 instead. I'm still not satisfied but it is watchable. I also turned off all the motion improvements as the seemed to cause more "glitchy" watching. Especially on sports, but also on movies. I also have some minor on-off issues with my blu-ray 4.1 sound system.

We wanted a new tv for our bedroom so my wife could order movies from Netflix. You had the one we wanted and your sales rep answered all our questions and help the sale go smoothly. Love our purchase.

We had a hard time adjusting the color, brightness and sharpness of the pictures but this could be because we are not up to the new electronics. We are old and this is new! We are getting use to it and we are enjoying it now.

This is an amazing television. It has a number of HDMI inputs, easy to setup. Plenty of apps. It's a little more expensive then some other 50" class TVs; but it's worth the little extra.

This TV was a perfect fit for our living room. It has deep blacks and a brightness adjustment for the lighting changes throughout the day.

I bought a Samsung TV and there was a problem by installing. The Best Buy salesperson won't help me out and through Social Media there came aid. The General Storemanger gave me at least a new one.

This tv is an upgrade from my last which is also a Samsung & I'm quite satisfied with it,..., as with all new products, this has a bit of a learning curve which was totally easy to absorb...

So for, it's been a solid tv. There have been a couple glitches, one with the sound and another just this morning with the picture. Both issues were resolved by turning off the unit and turning it back on. Hopefully this won't become a pattern.

I bought an LG 43" and after a couple of weeks I noticed a line across the TV LED screen. Best Buy covered me and now I own a Samsung and its running like a champ

TV has nice quality. However, the ads in the menubar are annoying, especially because they are right at the beginning to the far left, between Settings and all other apps. It's like "Settings | Ads | Apps like Netflix, etc.". I sincerely hope there is a setting to turn this off that I've missed. Second point: Tried connecting a Nintendo Switch but it would not register in the HDMI settings. I wish customer support would be more helpful than just suggesting a factory reset, which is rather cumbersome if you've already set up many things.

The product was delivered on the date promised and works like a dream. I also took advantage of the extended warranty which was reasonably prices as well.

Poor quality color and sound ,to hard to deal with you store, your internet system is just wordless, take to long to get to associate that you can talk to them, aver all I will only do business whit your company and at the last

Easy to follow directions for setup, connections and programming. Outstanding colors and excellent sound system.

I am so happy with my new TV. At the beginning it was a little confused how to use some functions. But once I learned I am enjoying my favorite Tv shows.

I had a 65" tv hanging over my fireplace. I wanted something smaller to put the corner of the room. This has worked great so far. Easy to use.

Highly recommend this model. I was looking at an older but bigger model and went with this one because it's visuals were that much better.

I wanted a different model originally but the sales man showed me this model and the price and it made since . I am happy for the advice.

Had to get a replacement for the bedroom TV after a power outage took out the tv. Seems to work fine, especially with the new Google HD.

Great TV for gaming. Latest technology will work well with Xbox series X when ever that becomes available.
