Set-up was not good as I had to pay the delivery people $60 to complete the set up of the sound bar. Best Buy is to remove from invoice, but not sure it did yet. The color is not the same as shown in store and am told the store has enhanced color! The picture is not centered and when there is a split screen you can only see one side. I am thoroughly disappointed with this television and Best Buy.

Also not the sharpest picture for the Samsung RU8000. I bought it because the price was good and on sale. I returned the TV for a QLED which I am very happy with.

The Sound levels are terrible, I used to run between 15 and 22 now I have to run between 50 to 92, there is no longer the equalizer feature so you could adjust it

I realized how good my old LG was after trying to tune this one for so long without success. Its not a bad TV but not great either.
