Great and sharp picture but not as bright as expected. Very easy to set up.

This television is the perfect size for our small living room, and the clarity and exquisite color(s) ( along with our surround sound system) make every time my wife and I watch anything on the screen, seem like being in our private theater.

From the moment i first saw this tv and spoke to the guy at bestbuy, he was spot on at answering any questions and working through the process of making sure i got the tv i needed and was wanting and the tv has been beyond expectations and is easy to set up and great quality, but my only draw back is if you use any older devices, you must make sure they are hdmi at least, but if you are moving to 4k, i would expect you to have the proper equipment, but besides that, i would recommend this tv from samsung over lg and sony any day

I am very happy with my purchase of this TV. The screen refresh rate is perfect for watching live sporting events... it's a completely clear picture. Normally I would want a larger screen, but it's perfect for the space where I put it.

I bought this to replace a insignia 1080 hdtv. what a night and day difference in picture quality. Everything is super smooth and lifelike. everything is fluid.. its a very impressive tv for sure. I am using a peerless one stud mount for the wall. it weighs about 32 lbs easy to use smart features are quick and lag free and easy to use and very good quality. it has Bluetooth for headphones or soundbars etc and hooks to 5 ghz networks. i could talk about this tv all day for 699 its a killer deal since normal is 800-899

Went from a similar size Vizio to this...the video is bright , typical of Samsung but the motion rate was a lot better than I expected. Perfect for my new Xbox as HDR looks fantastic Con: speakers but most of us have sound bars

The Good: *Picture is amazing! *Easy to mount on wall. *Good user interface and remote. The Bad: * SmartHub is a pain to locate. SmartHub cord is either too long (need to wrap up behind the screen) or too short (won't reach the cabinet with equipment), and you can't buy a shorter/longer one! * No API for remote access - need to use Samsung remote or IR learning remote - No network control The Ugly: Finish on the bottom bezel easily rubs off! BE CAREFUL when mounting!

Streamed 4K videos from Netflix. The picture looks much better than regular HD video. The remote control is small and sleek not like any remote control I'd seen before. The blue tooth connection to the headphone works great.

We are pleased with the TV. I did not expect even the none high definition channels to be so clear and almost 3 D. The Geek Squad installed everything quickly and perfectly. Spent time to teach us how to access features.

Very nice tv, very clear and good speaker. The one connector thing works well make the wires not that clutter. Though haven’t try it yet with 4K movie. It good that it has 4 hdmi ports to connect all stuff that I needed.

The picture is great (to be expected in a Samsung 4k), and the remote is pretty intuitive. What took me a bit to get used to is how the interface is different from the LG we already had (only 1080p but the same size). First, a bit about us: We don't have cable or satellite tv (cut that cord and haven't looked back) but we do have Netflix and Amazon Prime. Also, I had been looking at both this unit and the LG 8000 series for a while and had actually settled on the LG to avoid Bixby which my Galaxy S9 plus has, and I hate. This showed up as a deal of the day for a great price and without thinking I sprung for it. It wasn't until it showed up that I realized I'd gotten the Samsung instead of the LG since I'd been watching the LG closely and the model numbers were pretty close. So yeah - I didn't mean to get this one, but I'm totally not sorry we did. I still haven't gone all the way through the owner's manual for more than quick setup information (and I should do that) to see if I can clean out the channels that the auto-scan populated, but I will never watch (shopping and religious channels). It comes with Pluto TV built in (which I was NOT expecting or even really aware of before getting this TV) and while there's not a lot there I would watch, there are some shows that are nice. Connecting the TV to the wireless network, Amazon, Netflix and my connected peripherals (Blu Ray and HTPC) was super easy. Some folks have complained about the weird external connector setup but I find it to be pretty nice and does make for a cleaner look with how I've mounted it on my wall. We've watched a few shows off the internet in 4K and I can see the difference between the old 1080p LG (47LM7600) and this Samsung. I don't (yet) have a 4k blu ray player so I can't comment on how spectacular that will look, but so far it's been a really nice upgrade and we've been really happy with it.

Perfect TV! I was looking for a 4K under 50"for our family room. I have always been a fan of Samsung TV's and this one is the best! The picture and sound are amazing! It comes with an easy set up box so you don't have to mess with all the cables in the back. I hung it on the wall and it looks great! Oh, I also got a great price at Best Buy! One reviewer said the remote was too small. The remote is small, like an Apple TV remote but that doesn't bother me! I love this Samsung TV!

I bought this to replace a Sony that I had just spent the better part of a day trying to setup without succeeding. I brought this home plugged it in and went thru the setup in about 30 minutes and it worked beautifully.The picture was great, the sound was good and my frustration with the Sony dissipated. This is my second Samsung that I purchased this year and I have grown to appreciate their on wire setup. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a 43 to 50" quality TV.

the picture quality of this tv is very nice, color quality is excellent. my only concern is there is quite a bit of picture jumping and motion skipping, but that may be more of a setup issue than anything else. I will be adjusting the settings to see if that helps. otherwise I may have to call geek squad for the optimal settings.

This isn't an OLED or high end 4K TV, but it does offer great picture and audio for its budget. If you're not big on sound systems, the audio from the TV is good and clear enough. There's no Dolby Vision, but the HDR works well. Picture quality is always clear and sharp. There's a good range of apps, but you may want to pick up newer versions if you're looking for an updated library of apps. The apps for Movies Anywhere or Apple TV are no where to be found on the app store. So you would need a media device something like Apple TV to attain those apps. Overall, very solid, I've had this TV for 2 years and not many problems so far.

The size is perfect for a standard room size. Picture is awesome. All characters and background are so real. Sometimes, you imagened that they are real and want to touch them. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

This is my second smart tv, this one is even smarter, nice job. Connecting all hdmi cables to a box is classic. The new remote control is a real bonus. I really like this one. Picture is very detailed and crisp.

I first bought a less expensive Samsung, but while the picture was good, it wasn't outstanding. I returned it and bought this more expensive model. The picture is outstanding. The only thing I don't like is remote control that Samsung's provides which has very few buttons and relies on the on-TV menu system. I bought a replacement Samsung remote that has the normal about of buttons that provide direct access to functions. It works well with this TV.
