Brilliant screen, easy to navigate around and lots of useful apps (Netflix etc). What I like most is the separation of all ports into a little box. Makes reconnection and cable management much more ergonomic.

The colors are vibrant with a little adjustment in you setting. Sound is good not great might need in a boost in a large room, a sound bar would help easy to set up Bluetooth is real a nice option to have

I went into the store in Bloomington IL and was greeted but a very knowledgeable young man that told me the differences between the 50” 4K TV’s and ended up selling me this 49” Samsung. Picture is amazing!!

I am electronically inclined person and bought this tv during black Friday. This Tv was double the price of the cheaper tv's but it is worth the price. I have no light bleed with this tv and the colors pop. There is some clouding but only on black screen scenes. The local dimming could be better and since I got the 49 in, the smooth motion is not as smooth as the larger versions. My only complaint, which has not been fixed with any update, is that when the tv gets turned off, my Directv icon disappears from my home screen and I have to put it back by going to inputs. I would have given it five stars if not for that one issue. Short of buying the 9000 series or Qled, this tv is worth the money!

I love this TV, picture is amazing and I know people have asked technical questions from me and I really can't answer as I am technically challenged. But this TV is so worth buying. Love love love it.

Upgraded my office TV from a 32" Samsung Hi definition set to the new 49" Samsung 4K High Dynamic Range. One word "wow". The picture just explodes off the screen, deep rich colors and great detail.

I bought this for my mother in law and she watches it all day while she works. Absolutely one of the most crisp and clear images I have ever seen. I recommend for a bedroom or small living room.

The picture quality is so rich and detailed. The speakers sound good and it has a lot of features. I can direct connect to my Samsung phone to watch what's playing while I'm away from the TV.

I was able to sync this tv easily with my phone, xfinity remote and sound bar. The picture is great, clear and sharp. It's my first smart tv and I'm still exploring the different functions.

Watching TV at home just got a whole lot better! I've had my Samsung TV since January and really love the quality. Set up was so incredibly simple that my 12 year old son managed without reading the directions! The sleek design is well thought out as cords disappear behind the panel. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the wifi disconnects often and have to completely shut down to reboot. I'll have to check with customer service to see if they can help resolve issue. Otherwise, my son is particularly in love with it as gaming got 10 times better... Our old television looked like a small computer monitor in comparison to this one.

Was looking at getting a larger Television and the 8000 series was the best bang for the buck. The QLED is nice but not for $300 more to upgrade. What a great picture and features.

Got this badboy hooked up to my PC, made sure to read reviews and specs and this was by FAR the nicest TV I could afford. Going from a 37" 1080p vizio is a considerable difference!

This replaced a 40" 10 year old Samsung Flat Screen. It is amazing the progress in 10 years. The smart TV let me get rid of some of my peripherals. The sales man was very healpful.

The visual display on this tv is amazing! Super easy set up and isn’t too heavy. Only drawback is there is no hookup for my DVD player which has the tri-color audio/visual plugs.

Just have to say, it is the best TV for the money, excellent pictures and sound is great. Software and apps it's just a matter of taste, but it all goes well and easy to use.

I own many Samsung products including another 4k tv. This tv is easy to set up and has an excellent picture. The screen has a really small bezel around it looks very nice.

What a great purchase. Beautiful picture and only two plugs coming off of actual t.v. which makes for a better mounted appearance. Sports, movies, games etc. all look great!

Went from an older 32 to an up to date 49 inch TV. The picture is so life like you would think the people are in the room with you. Nothing I don't like about this product.

Best in quality for my price range! I've done research on all Ultra 4K brands and by far the "Samsung MU 8000 series" is simply the best in HDR picture quality and design! No more standing in line at the theaters now with access to many Smart TV APPS, all available at your own convenience! And of course "Best Buy" will beat any price on the market and believe me, I got a steal of a deal! Thank you Best Buy!

After reviewing what was on the market and who was selling what, I concluded that the Samsung 49 inch 4k UHD TV was the smartest play. The results so far are outstanding.
