Overall enjoy this TV. You can download apps and access apps right on the tv, reducing the need for boxes or other external devices to watch things like Netflix or Hulu. You can swap through menus quickly. Only issue I have is there's a weird vibration/distortion noise that occurs when audio is playing at volume level 18 or higher. Doesn't happen when playing video games on the TV, just on apps. I've toggled some settings to see if it'll reduce it, but haven't had much luck. Otherwise beautiful picture and clean design.

I haven't learned everything about this t.v. yet but so far the only complaint is that when my surround sound and t.v. are turned up together (volume) it echoes and you cannot understand what they are saying. Probably just need a newer surround sound system to go with it.

We got this TV screen for my son for Christmas. It is amazing. The quality of the picture is great! And the price was better than any we could find. Thank you Best Buy

I bought the TV to replace an older Vizio TV I had in my game room and the difference is amazing. The 4K plus HDR is truly breathtaking on titles that support it.

Purchased 3 of these TV’s for a client of mine. The colors are beautiful and the 120 motion rate makes for clear sports programs. Great price for almost a 50” TV.

Replacing a 10 year old Samsung LCD tv. This TV is half the weight and 10 times the picture. Very clear and bright picture with a minimal bezel around the screen. Slight lag on some action scenes, but nothing very noticeable that is distracting. Would by again.

Picture is compelling so TV watching is no longer a take it or leave it situation! Clarity, sound and narrow frame all very pleasing even when the news is not!

I was going to buy another Samsung, but it was $400 off the selling price so I bought this tv. How lucky was I, great picture just in time for the NFL season.

Awesome picture and very lightweight. Only problem so far is using the voice command function; it’ll say no internet available until you press it 3 times.

I purchased this TV for $700 as a Black Friday deal. I was initially very impressed with the picture quality. Two months into ownership of the TV, a small 2-inch star shaped cracked appeared at the top of the TV. There was no visible damage on the outer glass portion of the screen. The crack appeared to involve the internal panel. I contacted Samsung since my TV was still under warranty and was immediately told I did something to crack the panel. I explained I had not even touched my TV prior to the crack appearing. I watched the TV the night before and there was no visible crack. The very next morning a star shaped crack was evident. My TV sits securely on a console stand. The service rep advised me to contact my local Samsung TV servicer, which I did and I was quoted $850 to repair a $700 TV. To be honest my main displeasure is not so much that the TV failed, but how dissmissive customer service was when trying to resolve this issue,insinuating I directly damage the TV by striking it when I did not. After doing some research it appears others have experienced similar issues due to thermal "cracking." I have purchased Samsung TVs in the past, but after this experience I will not purchase another Samsung product again.

Picture is great but the volume control is pretty bad. I have to raise the volume control to 30 for decent volume. My other Samsung only needs to goto 15

We enjoy the Samsung tv, even with an older dvr the quality of the picture is excellent. Sound is almost as good without my sound bar as it is with it.

I bought this tv to replace another that was damaged due to a surge caused by lightening. It's our kitchen tv and I end up watching tv a lot ,in there instead of going into my home theater to watch regular tv. Even though it's a 4k UHD, I noticed that it lost brightness when viewing off center. At any rate, I was told shortly after I had it, that the 49".QLED had just gone on sale for $200.00 more than I paid for this one. So I returned the first and have just basically installed it a couple of days ago. I'm still reviewing it. We also just upgraded to the latest DirecTv "Genie 2" with the wireless mini's (4 of them) and just getting use to it. Already had to replace one of the mini's but expect to be very satisfied with this new system. Better recording capability, etc. and will be easier to add 1 or 2 more TV's because of it being wireleess,

The picture is superb, it fills my living room with images that reflect life with authenticity. And the Black Friday price made the purchase possible.

The picture is simply amazing and the set-up was very intuitive, I had this TV up and running in 1/2 hour and only needed the directions to figure out the Smart Hub feature (so easy). Thin bezel, nice looking stand, and a minimum of wires. What's not to like? Good job on this model Samsung!

Wow great picture and sound. I been buying Samsung items for years. Works great for gaming too. My friend seen my tv and went and brought the same tv.
