This TV is amazing. Sometimes while watching, I’ll just admire the beautiful picture

I love this television. I put this in my bedroom and it looks and sounds amazing. I got it on sale for a great price for a 4K television. The picture is super clear and crisp and the speakers and settings for the speakers are great. I don’t like the size of the remote. It’s very simple to use but can EASILY get lost because it is so small. I wish that Samsung had incorporated a pointer in this remote, but since they did not, you still have to type words in one letter at a time, which is annoying! The setup was a bit confusing because of how you hide the wires, but it didn’t take too long to figure it out. I love the fact that you can hide the wires in the TV, it makes for a much cleaner look. I turned off my cable, so all I use are the streaming features. So far, the app selection is great for the smart tv feature. Overall great TV and great value.

Very easy to setup and use. You will definitely get your moneys worth if you stream from online services lime netflix, amazon or hulu. Great picture and sound. Best buy associate gave me tips on the audio/visual settings to get the best pic and sound.

The Samsung MU8000 series lives up to its reviews by tech websites. The picture is clear with exceptional resolution and super bright colors. The small controller takes a little getting adjusted to, but is well worth the effort. GREAT PURCHASE

More pixels and thinner screen and lighter weight compared with other tv brand

I have been a huge fan of the 8000 series over the years. I recently moved and deiced to sell my amazing 65" LG OLED instead of having it rot in storage. I am a transition space and wanted to pick up a smaller tv that I could later use in my bedroom or office. After owning an OLED, everything is downhill from there. That being said, I am very happy with this tv. The black levels are surprisingly good and the the Tizen SmartTV interface is snappy with a great selection of apps including ESPN, Spectrum, DirectvNOW, Discovery, HGTV etc. This model year uses Samsungs One Connect Mini box to connect your connected devices. the newer NU series has the connections on the back of the tv like you'll find on other shipping brands. I think the design and quality of the 8000 series is the Best Buy for the money.
