It was very easy to setup and simple to use. My only difficulty is putting the batteries in the remote. The tv performed well and I did not notice any issues with the hardware. If you plan to hang it in a wall, know that it does not come with the bolts, but it did come with spacers used for the bolts so you don’t over thread.

The sales person was great, the product is great, the instruction were terrible, I realize they are not going to spend the money to print the entire instruction booklet, but can we do better than a lousy couple of pages.

This TV is Amazing we did alot of research on other TVs with this technology and Samsung has the best in graphics, picture color and contrast and the best reviews compared to LG, Vizio, Etc.. The only negative is due to the TV screen being without a frame careful set up and following all directions for hanging the TV is necessary.

The tv was very easy to set up. One connect box allows you to make the connections without moving the tv or reaching behind the tv. The remote is very intuitive. My only complaint is with Best Buy service. I bought the Geek Squad Certified Open box tv. The tv was not clean and previous owners Netflix accounts were not even deleted.

The salesman was very good to us. He gave us lots of info and was honest with what our need and wants were and what we needed .

This replaced a Sony plasma television I had for twelve years . I didn't think is could be replaced with a better picture, I was wrong, I'm still learning all of the featuers and options
