I absolutely love my tv, this tv is amazing the resolution works really good with video games and movies

This is by far my favorite tv I’ve purchased. I love how easily you can hide wires with the hdmi hub

Purchasing the Sony 43”TV was a good experience. Our clerk was knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were very professional. They worked quickly and had us set up in a short time.

This was our first tv purchase in several years. The geek squad setup took very little time. We have barely scratched the surface of the capabilities beyond our satellite provider.

Why is this TV so nice? My Netflix and loneliness has increased 3 fold since I purchased this TV.

Some difficulty streaming and having to wait over two week for repair on installation. Installer was knowledgeable, but there are not enough technicians to support this product.

I purchased this TV as years ago I switched to Samsung and have generally had success and happiness with their products. This TV has a separate box and came with a semi-universal remote that supposedly helped bridge the multiple remote issue. About a year ago, the remote stopped functioning. (apparently a common problem with this series) . The suggestion was that I buy another remote system. With a fairly new and top of the line (at the time TV) I thought this suggestion ridiculous so since then, I've been using the Samsung on-line (cell phone) system which while not fancy, works albeit in a very clumsy fashion. Today, after the remote skipping options and slow response, my wife is insisting I buy a new TV!! If I do, this will be the first time I've had to replace a TV after 2 years because it's a piece of junk that apparently was not thought out or designed. Stay away from the extra box and just buy a tv that if the remote breaks, you have buttons on the TV to make it work, or, just plan on throwing your Samsung away every two years and buying another.

I ordered 5 online from Bestbuy then said they were in then I could only get 1 49 inch samsung

First 4K TV. What a difference. Love the Samsung connection. Everything works from 1 remote.

I have not been able to find a similar model quite like this one.

Love this tv it had been a joy to have.this is the tip of tv if your a gamer I would get it.
