    The TVs cool and all but it has a Poor refresh rate. Not good for fast movements. Good for a spare tv. Maybe.

    This tv works and looks beautiful. Only issue is with my PS4 Pro and the HDR gaming mode. Tv continuously flickers on and off. Oh well.

    TV lasted a little over a year before the picture just completely crashed. Nothing had been done to the TV and the screen wasn't coming in, had lines going through it, and began jumping continuously. Of course, this happens just as my warranty expires, and to repair the TV is going to cost me as much as it did to buy it... total piece of junk.

    Software Issues

    Samsung needs to address several programming issues. The TV seems to get caught in a loop and repeats software updates and gives repetitive verbal prompts even after the update has been completed. The only thing that seems to eliminate this problem is the unplug the tv for approximately 10 minutes to reset the system. Very irritating on a $1000.00 tv.

      Thank you for sharing your review of the Samsung 49" Class MU8000 4K TV. I am very sorry that your experience with this TV was less than perfect, and I completely understand your disappointment.

      One possible cause is that the cable is not properly inserted on either the TV or the OneConnect Box port. Please try unplugging the cable and re-plugging it on both sides. making sure it’s properly inserted on both ends.

    Excellent tv with hdr and the remote no clutter works like a charm. Tv screen easy to navigate. Color is superb. Voice is great no problem. Sound no problem. Overall great tv.

    Impossiable to adjust color (at least 15 or 20 different color settings) settings on tv. Remote control doesn't work right. pixelazation in the picture.fast action photography is all chopped up.

    TV for Xbox One X

    I purchased the Xbox One X shortly after it came out and needed the "perfect" TV to go with it. I have played Call of Duty for the past eight years, and I know how important the input lag is for first person shooters. As crazy as it sounds, I researched TV's like crazy, bought 6 different ones and tried them out, even bought a 28" computer monitor. Monitor was too small and the input lag was noticeable to a competitive gamer on the TV's. I gamed on a 47" for years, so it had to be around that size. I promise you that this TV is the one. You have all of the green check marks on your xbox one x that you need. You can put this TV in gamer mode in the settings. The HDR gaming, 60Hz 4k, the 10-bit that you want to game. The input lag/response time is about as good as it gets on a TV that fully supports what the new xbox can do. Stop looking for that perfect gaming TV. You have finally found it! The sound quality is really good also.

    I loved this television, right up to the point when the screen self destructed and became just another worthless expensive piece of garbage. Of course, it happened just out of warranty and for no reason.

    have had the television for a few weeks now. I am disappointed with the product because of the lack of syncing between the video and sound. You see peoples mouths and actions moving at a different rate than the sound

    Worked for less than 2 years

    I liked how the TV worked but it did not last long. I guess it is a disposable ice and not built to last. It just stopped functioning. The TV had a one year warranty. I purchased the TV November 13 2017. The TV stopped working August 13 2017. It just turned off and the screen blinks on and off black but shows no picture. The reset instructions did not work to reset it. I called Samsung to have it serviced. They quoted me 170 to come out to diagnose the TV. From what I described on the phone I was told the parts would be $500.
