I have owned this Samsung 49" tv for approximately a month now and I am very happy with my purchase. The picture is very clear and the sound quality is good. I bought this Samsung tv for a bedroom and the size turned out to be just right because I was limited to this size or smaller. I would definitely purchase this tv again.

I purchased an open box item for a good discount price. My concern that the TV would be missing a part or be more damaged than was explained to me was unfounded. Following the prompts on the TV was a little hard for me. My son in law took care of that. The picture was as sharp as I was told. Totally satisfied with my purchase.

This sits about 5' from my couch.. perfect size. Vibrant colors. Smart TV easy set up and Combe at to everything. I like that I can finally use one remote now instead of 3. All I can say is I'm extremely happy!

Great picture, color, and resolution. Sound from TV is good but will be getting a sound bar. The smart apps are just what I need, I no longer need my Chromecast to watch Netflix, Hulu or YouTube

The TV is excellent. The picture quality is perfect and the Geek Squad connected the sound to our surround system. That is important because of a hearing loss. We have not yet used all the connect features but we are very pleased with the product and the price. The sales person was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great picture and easy to use. Like the 'Smart' feature and easy to use remote. I had Geek Squad deliver and set up so I can't speak to the ease of use but sure like the picture.

I have had this running for a few weeks and absolutely love this TV. The remote is pretty intuitive after you use it for a few days. The picture is fantastic! It brings a whole new experience from the 10 year old tv that it replaced. It's great to have the network connectivity available for things like Amazon Prime.

I had purchased the TV to replace an older first generation Samsung LED TD. By accident, the TV was much larger than my old one and I thought it would be over bearing for the size of the room. To our surprise, my wife and I love the TVs size and picture. It works get as a bedroom TV, even if it is a little large!

Amazing picture quality, the sound is a little weak but sound bars are relatively inexpensive so it really wasn't huge issue. Honestly this mode is really for those that plan on using 4k content. I purchased the new apple tv 4k model and the picture quality is amazing... just like in the best buy show room!

I’m honestly disappointed in this tv as I had high hopes having owned Samsung TVs previously. The picture is ok but not outstanding by any means. I hate the volume on this one it just doesn’t have clear sound or enough sound. I HATE the remote that it comes with. Not user friendly cannot see where any of the buttons are it is all dark and not clear or backlit. Also I now have to use 2 remotes instead of my one universal from the cable company. To operate the volume up or down or to turn tv on or off you must use the weird remote that comes with this TV. Annoying. I would not recommend this tv look at other models and brands first,

This TV is great. Nice picture and good on screen graphics. The installation instructions were not good. The one connect box is a great idea but, clear instructions were not included. We had to have the Geek squad come to the house to get any cable picture. This is now fixed and the picture is awesome.

I own two 4K Samsung TVs and I’m really pleased with their picture quality and features. Colors are well defined and black contrast is really good. Only draw backs is sound quality and remote control. Samsung remote control is minimalist and often times I wish it had more buttons like old design.
