I would recommend this smart TV because of a great picture but there are some other great pictures out there. What is unique about Samsung is the way that you have access to your family video archives on a disk, or netflix or tv or blue ray and the sound bar all with the same simple little remote. You have to use the other remotes here and there but it's minimal. The software and menu are super. Nice interface Samsung.

I purchased a Samsung QLED television, 49”; along with anLG sound bar and an LG UHD Blu-ray player. What a great combination for a master bedroom. Even the GEEK squad, worth every penny paid, loved the picture quality abd sound quality. I haven’t tried to play the blu-ray player yet, but I am sure it will complete the set. The GEEK squad are great to work with and explain everything in detail and aren’t in a hurry to rush out. In fact they won’t leave until they are satisfied that you understand and can show them what they taught about the products. Best Buy is the only place I will shop for electronics. I will count on Best Buy and CNET to help me create a smart home. Being handicapped this is becoming more important to me.

This was the first Smart TV I've ever owned and I'll never go back! I love all the things I can do with this TV. I love how many things like Netflix and Amazon Prime are pre-loaded and are ready to view with the click of a button! I also like that I can cast things from my laptop to watch on my TV. The size is awesome. I am a big fan of Samsung products and I will definitely purchase again!

Coming from a Sharp/ROKU 1080 TV. Never thought I really needed to upgrade, but watching things in 4K or even up converted to 4K is noticeably better.

I have a 65” QLED in addition to the 49” QLED I just purchased. I wish I had gone with the 55”; even though the quality is there on the smaller size. It just isn’t as impressive on the smaller screen.

I originally bought a Sony 800 series. My 5 year old Samsung had a better picture. I talked to the Best Buy associates and told them I wanted a Samsung. They recommended this model and said it has the best color. The picture is amazing! I watch movies and sports including golf. The sound is very good for a flat screen also. I do own a bose sound bar that I use. If you love Samsung T.V.’s like I do this is the next level with even better color.

Both the sound and picture quality are top notch. The remote control is very convenient and it works well with my cable box. Set up was easy. The only drawbacks are (a) you cannot mirror the screen of your mobile phone on this model of TV. (I thought you could.) (b) Surfing the internet is not very satisfying using the remote control.

This tv has the most incredible picture that i have ever seen with a tv.The sound is also amazing.I purchased it for $799.00 and truly consider it a bargain.The picture is so clear colorful and realistic.I have not any motion difficulties while watching baseball,nascar or any other sport.The sound is also more than adequate and i am an audiophile.If you are considering this tv do not even hesitate.It is that good.

This tv is amazing and omg when you play the ps4 pro on it even better, what a steal i got for 999.00, highly recommend the tv

Purchased this for my DH's birthday. Limited on size due to location of built in tv shelving but found a beautiful, clear picture in this tv. The picture is so clear, took us a week or so to get used to how detailed the viewing and color is. Absolutely beautiful. Super easy set up. Upgrading our satellite service to 4K next week to take even more advantage of viewing on this tv. Highly recommend.

great picture, great color, outstanding sound, easy to operate

Had the TV for a few months. Great 4k TV under $1000. Great build in Cast feature if you have other Samsung product. Picture is sharp, great sound without sound bar add on. If you want to connect your old Wii, you are out of luck, there's only 4 HDMI input and nothing else. I guess this is the only negative I have for this TV. I love the simple design. Over all, great entry level 4k TV

This is a great TV and it’s reasonably price. It has all the bells and whistles we were looking for. Great picture in both 4K and HD. It’s compatible with the Amazon Fire Stick, Netflix, YouTube plus many others. The 4K stations on YouTube are like you are there. We had the Geek Squad install it as well as show us how to navigate everything. Many reviews of this TV are very critical of the remote. The Geek Squad rep showed us how to use it and we rarely use any other remote. We use it to get to any programming we want. So if you purchase this TV and are not updated on all the current gadgets, have the Geek Squad install and set the TV up for you. You won’t go wrong. Very happy with the purchase.

This is the first Smart TV I have ever purchased and I absolutely love everything about it. The picture is crystal clear, it was easy for my grandson to set up (because I'm not computer savvy) LOL.. I have had several Samsung products in the past and only ever had one complaint about a defective phone. I have to add that this is the best TV I have ever purchased!

TV was a great choice for the size of the area. Best Buy did an excellent job of delivering TV and mounting it to new stand. Geek Squad techs knowledgeable, did set up and explained operation. Obtained five year Geek squad coverage at their recommendation. Later needed tech support and called Geek Squad national number to assist in reacquiring Pandora App. Extremely disappointed in run around going from one tech to another unable to get anywhere during 45 minutes of trying. Recommend total retraining or disbanding of national telephone program. Then called local Geek Squad tech who installed TV and he remedied problem in 5 minutes. If not for local tech would cancel Geek squad coverage.

Fantastic picture quality - Just not many 4k shows available yet. All shows look better on it.

I'm always afraid of buying electronics because something even better may come along right after me purchase. Of course, this keeps me behind the curve. I have to say this TV hits all the marks! Both the picture and sound are fantastic. I also love that I can stream Sirius through my tv. Thin, lightweight and very easy to set up.

Initially considered larger screen (55+”), but in a smaller room realized I could get new technology QLED within my budget. Already a Samsung fan, it was s no-brained. This set has unbelievable clarity, matte surface screen reduces glare and makes angle viewing very good. Also, TV sound is good enough to forego external speakers, further reducing clutter in a smaller room. Love this set!
