This exceeded my expectations as to moving to a 4K "SMART" TV from a pretty good LED TV. Samsung got it right, easy to operate and quite fast. Acts as my Hub instead of my BOSE V35. The "connection box" is a idea that ALL TVs should accept, it is one of the best features (of many). The 4K from NETFLIX is astounding!!!

Stellar picture but needs some modifications. Have found movie mode works best with increasing the brightness. Sound is amazing for on board speakers -no need for a ext speaker. Biggest issue is the stupid one connect box-this thing just doesn't work with external devices. Recognizes a device but doesn't show source video. Look online and this appears to be a flaw that many others have found problematic. Waiting on Samsung service to see how to resolve...no fix yet.

We decided to upgrade to a Smart tv from our 9 year old Samsung tv. We are thrilled with the color, ease of operation and overall performance. Highly recommend!

The picture on this TV is great. The remote is easy to learn. My only complaint is that the owner's manual that comes with the TV is very basic, it does not provide much information on how to do things. You have to experiment on your own.

Great picture, and great audio! Very easy to setup, and has a very premium look. The colors really pop, and the smart features are easy to use. A must see in person and a must have, if looking for that beautiful picture.

We have had no problems at all in the two years we have owned this TV! We enjoy the brilliant picture and the Smart TV options. Easy to use menu and quick response to Internet.

It has great parts and no so great parts. Start with the good. It can get bright if needed It also comes with the one connect that will let you control your Xbox, ps4, etc The remote is awesome Plenty capable of tweaking it for picture, etc. Overall fair bang for the buck No chance for screen burn in Now the bad. It has (IMO) bad light bleed It has almost too many options-it will go dim on its own at any time when it feels like it. I can’t figure out the why It isn’t OLED It’s a great TV if it is what you need. If you want more, you will be disappointed.

We purchased this TV for the master bedroom and had it mounted on the wall because the legs for this model make it almost impossible to stand it easily on a piece of furniture. The picture is great. Our only complaint is the design for the legs which I will pay much closer attention to for the next TV

I bought this tv for my room. I wanted to upgrade my old one. I also wanted a bigger tv. No complaints WiFi works great and the picture is good. Just note that the actual refresh rate is 60hz.

I replaced a 5 year old Toshiba 1080p HDTV with this QLED, and the improvement in picture quality and brightness is breathtaking. Brights are much brighter, the dark regions are really dark, and colors are more vivid. The change was so great that I've actually turned down the contrast and brightness while my wife and I get used to the change. I really like that the picture nearly fills the screen- no more large dark bezels around the image. After living with this set for a month, I can find no faults with it. I do wish that PBS made an app for Samsung's TVs so I could ditch my Roku. The app for HBO works perfectly.

Fantastic picture but 120 hertz would be better than 60 hertz. The sales men sold me on this not know that the refresh rate and the motion rate were actually 2 different things. I needed a 120 refresh rate. The television none the less is gorgeous though.

This TV seems to deliver on all fronts! Had to make some minor adjustments to the picture setting as out of the box it appeared to clip a little bit with fast moving scenes. Great contrast and color range is amazing! The only thing I found odd was when unpackaging the tv... there wasn't a protective film on the screen like on the larger set I purchase.

I purchased this Tv because I wanted to see the Best Games of Russia 2018... Picture is Grreat, The speed is tooo slow for the game (soccer) as it showed some blurred at a times throughout some plays. Other than that I have no problem, great TV...

Everyone who has been over remarks how crystal clear the picture quality is and how beautiful the color is. The sound is excellent. I’m buying another one for sure.

Awesome quality for its size. Needed a 50 or smaller to replace a 40 Samsung, since the location was to small for the 55. Color is great and tv is sleek.

Samsung TV's have been my choicer years. Always a good picture, easy controls and coordinate with other Samsung devices.

This smart tv has a great picture with vibrant colors. I was reluctant to replace my plasma because it had deep black colors but this tv is gorgeous.

Samsung remote is awesome, beautiful picture and actually a pretty good sound.

This TV has a great picture. I'd been looking at OLED TVs but their minimum size is 55 inches and, with the space I had, the max size I could handle is the 49 inch screen. When viewing 4K shows from Amazon.com, the picture is fantastic. The regular HD video from other sources was also outstanding. The sound from the TV is good.
