I absolutely love my new washing machine. I have had it for a few months and it has proved to be everything I hoped for. It holds massive amounts of clothes and does an excellent job cleaning them. It would be difficult for a shorter person to retrieve clothes from the bottom of the tub, because it is so deep. However, that has not been an issue for me!

This Samsung High Efficiency washer replaces another HE washer that suffered from problems with unbalanced loads that ultimately led to failure of the control module. So far (2 months) the Samsung washer is performing well. It has a very large capacity and runs quietly. My only criticism is that it is too deep. A person with short arms cannot reach the bottom of the bin to retrieve the washed clothes. My wife use an extension grabber.

I love my new washer machine it is quiet it is a efficient and it cleans my clothes so wonderfully !! This size is immense !! I love all of the features that are offered !! The delivery guys were fabulous I’ll get their names and write a review for them toO!! I would recommend this product to anyone of my friends are family thank you so much for all your help thank you

I replaced my old 22 yr old agitator model. I was concerned this top load HE would not clean from the general reviews. So far cleans great, quiet, low water

This washing machine is awesome...we replaced a whirlpool front loader that quit working after only 2 years. It's very quite and spacious--we love it!!!!!!

A great wash machine for the price. It does a nice job. Has only 11 cycles and easy to operate. ( not complicated) The large 5 cu. ft. capacity is awesome.

Love the capacity love the selections on the panel love the ease of panel use hate the condensation on the underside if the lid that goes onto the spun clothes when opening the lid

This washer it great, takes large loads, cleans thoroughly with several settings, and is relatively quiet. Though, when washing larger bedding they sometimes get waterlogged if super plush and fluffy. I had to ring out a kingsized blanket a little because it was too heavy for the motor to start the spin cycle. All in all still a great setup.

I’ve only had for about week. With that being said, I’m impressed. Not only looks great but the performance is top notch. On top of that, very quiet

Quiet, lots of space, high-tech--this was a major upgrade from our previous washer and dryer combo--we are IMPRESSED! Hoping it lasts us many years.

Samsung is the best home appliances brand. We hada whirlpool washer and this by far is supreme. Bigger, deeper, very low sound and vibrations.

Got this to replace a front loading washing machine that stopped working properly. I love this washing machine. Very efficient and quiet.

Easy to operate. Fairly quiet. Clothes are a little tangled when done. I am tall and hard to reach bottom of drum to get clothes out. Was worth the low price

After using my new Samsung washing machine for a month (doing 6 washes a week), I can say without hesitation that I really love it. It holds lots of clothes and is easy to operate. For anyone who is short, be aware that the tub is deep and it may be hard for you to reach down to remove your clothes. Make sure to check out the machine at the store.

Easy to use and cleans cloths perfectly. You might need a stepstool to get cloths off the bottom if you are vertically challanged.

It's great, quiet and does a wonderful job. It's big so it's a little tough to get all the way to the bottom because it's so deep

Our son has an older version of this Samsung washer so we were familiar with it. His had that recall on the lid but he has had no issues with it in the 6+ years they've had it. We've been very pleased with how well the clothes are cleaned. If you are a first time low water washer owner/user that is a big adjustment but the clothes clean and rinse just fine with the lesser amount of water this washer uses. Nice to have the lower water bills. We thought the price and quality of this washer were excellent.

I love this washing machine, the top load is amazing and so much cleaner then the front load we used to have; no nasty residue. The barrel on this washer is huge and easily washed my king size comforter. The only down fall is that it's deep and without a stool or can be difficult for shorter persons to empty it.
