I love this washing machine, the top load is amazing and so much cleaner then the front load we used to have; no nasty residue. The barrel on this washer is huge and easily washed my king size comforter. The only down fall is that it's deep and without a stool or can be difficult for shorter persons to empty it.

Handles big loads just as advertised. Cleans items thoroughly. Cycles are longer than my old machine. Now I need a bigger dryer!

This washer is great. Super quite and efficient. The capacity is outstanding and allows you to do more laundry in fewer loads.

The tub is huge, so huge my wife can't reach the bottom (and she's tall). She uses a grabber to get some items (like socks or small items) off the bottom of the tub, so I would suggest you reach down in the tub before you buy it. We love the size though since we have king sized bedding. It's easy to use and quiet.

Controls are easy to use. Clothes are clean. Machine rings when load is complete. Size is large enough to put a 5x7 rug in it.

This washer has been perfect. The settings are easy to understand. The capacity is great. It handles big loads just fine.

My wife does most of the laundry but one of the things I love most about this is how quite it is. It’s in our basement across from a movie room and to even notice it’s on you’d have to mute your tv. Wash quality is great as well delicate on cloths and can wash bigger loads than our previous washer.

This washer is the Cadillac of washing machines. And is exquisite. It's easy to program and so quiet. I love the music it plays when the wash is finished. Sooo glad I brought this machine. It's beautiful and heavy duty. My clothes come out clean on every cycle I've used. I'm a happy camper.

I absolutely adore this machine!!! It's very quiet and deep!! I was even able to wash 2-3 comforters at once!

Stay away from Samsung. This washer started rusting only a couple of years into owning it. If you look it up, it’s a known issue. It finally died the other day and I was grateful to have a reason to get rid of it. Clothes stopped smelling clean long ago, and even using the washing tablets didn’t help. It’s also so deep that an average sized person will struggle to grab clothes. We always had tongs on hand to help retrieve the last bit of clothes in the drum. It was also always going off balance. Worst appliance purchase of my life.

We had a great purchasing experience with Best Buy and the install process was quick & efficient. Our new Samsung Washer is great as well! It handles bigger loads of laundry with ease. The only issue we have had, is the washer getting unbalanced when we have bed comforters in it. However, after rearranging the comforter a few times, it was able to be washed. Overall, we are happy with our purchase so far.

Nice quick choice options as well as time and temperature modifications. Very large barrel can hold a lot of clothes or bedding, etc. no agitator in the center for items to become wrapped around. Deep water wash option. Quiet while running. Plays musical tune when turned on and when load is complete.

This washer is great. It fits in a small space, is super quite and cleans just as well as a front loader.

Solid product with a large capacity. Quiet during wash and spin cycles. Nifty little tune lets you know when clothes are done.

Have had this for a about a month and so far so good. This is a run silent run deep machine even in the spin cycle. Great machine, all clothing comes out clean as can be, glass top is a plus and nice. It's deep so you need long arms to reach the bottom to remove what's in there.

So far I like the washer. It is very user friendly and high t ch with a sensor and large load capacity.

I bought this washer after reading some reviews and talking to someone who has this same model. It took a little while to get used to but once I did, it runs great, is very quiet, and does a great job of cleaning my clothes. Also, it is large enough to easily wash my king size comforter.

I purchased this washer about two months ago. So far I'm very happy with this machine; it's very quiet, has a big capacity, washing great. I’m giving 4 stars, since it’s very deep for me and I can’t reach the bottom of the drum. However, it was expected, so I’m using kitchen tongs to pull the small items out. :)

Like my new washer. Easy to operate and you can wash big items like blankets with no problems.
