I got everything I wanted in this machine! It has a huge tub, washes great, and is economical!

The large size of the washer has reduced our weekend loads from four to two. Our laundry also come out really clean.

This washer is great Heavy duty large capacity washer as well very quiet doesn’t use a lot of water and let you know when it’s done probably not only drawback is it’s so deep you have to reach way in to get your stuff out

This Washing Machine has a very large capacity, and without the agitator we are able to wash our queen sized bedspread with no problem.there are enough settings to meet all our Washing needs.

This washer is a great value. Reasonably priced, quiet, energy efficient, large capacity tub. Nice upgrade!

We like the size of the washer. We wanted to try a washer without a middle aggitator.

Washer is big and quiet as others have said. Works great with clothes, but a different story with towels. Heavy Duty cycle does not get majority of the water out during the spin cycle, unlike my former Kenmore Elite did. Takes well over an hour to dry these towels then.

Large enough to wash my bedding! Quiet machine! Love all the different settings!

The washer has a huge capacity. It also does not have the center agitator which has been known to pull drawstrings out of shorts and tear clothes. It is quiet and has done a fantastic job removing moisture by the end of the cycle.

As you can see from tbe pictures, the lid has rusted at both honges and at the bleach dispenser. Ive opened several service calls regading this and each time the platic cover was changed. Each time incalled back i was told that it shouldn’t rust because there were no metal parts it was plastic. As you can see is absolutely is rust. I was finally tild that inhad reached the maximum service allowed on the service plan and here we are today, still with a rusted washer lid. It has ruined multiple item of clothes by leaving rust stains. There were other minor items that were resolved but i do not suggest Samsung washer or dryer.

Great product! Very quiet. Lots of room for doing large loads and blankets.

Great machine. Easy to operate. Super efficient. Family of 5 with 3 college students. Can do a weeks worth of laundry in 3 loads. Clothes come out fresh and clean. Less lint in the waste trap, gentle on clothing. You can't go wrong.
