The speed is extraordinary as well; having a full load done in under half an hour feels almost… magical. And it’s so quiet! Honestly, I can hardly tolerate clunky, rattling machines. Now, it isn’t without its quirks — that deep tub can be a bit, well, daunting if you’re not particularly tall, and the SmartThings app may test your patience at first. But once you’ve mastered it, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment, I assure you. So, despite a few imperfections, this washer is efficient, reliable, and, dare I say, elegant in its performance. If you value precision, speed, and a touch of sophistication in your home, this machine will certainly not disappoint.”

We've had it a month, no issues. Works as intended. This is replacing our Maytag, which had a board go out twice and the cost to replace that was stupid enough to have to buy a new washer. Got this with the protection plan. Appliances are not like our grandparents had. They will not last 30 years. Get the warranty, and I usually never say that. But these boards will absolutely go out. So far, no issues, everything works as expected.

We’ve been using this washer since June 25 2025 and we love it so far. We usually do the quick wash and it washes very well! It does a great job on the spin cycle so the dryer doesn’t have to deal with the heaviness of something as large as a fluffy comforter. This is my favorite washer yet. The delivery crew was friendly and quick and took our junk washer too! One less thing for us to do. Highly recommend this washer, it’s such a great size for my big family if 7!

The tub is quite wide, much larger than the previous washing machine that was front load, it is silent, the pre-wash cycle is very convenient. The only disadvantage I have is that for my size it is somewhat deep and I have to jump to be able to take out the clothes at the end of the cycle

Love how you can connect to your phone the machine is quiet. I love how there are multiple settings you can change it to for your clothes and i love space and its perfect on space especially for my bedding

Very quiet, large capacity, well worth the money..

Here we go, bottom line up front is that this thing is a beast. I recently bought a WAY higher priced set from a local scumbag. The washer didn’t work at all and eventually failed to drain. The dryer is crap too but it barely works so we didn’t need a new one of those. The broken washer was gonna be three weeks before they could even look at it and then they didn’t want to fix it because I was “mean” in email because this high priced washer is not working, brand new. So, I go to my local Best Buy, they didn’t have the super inexpensive washer in stock, and the only thing they did have was this Samsung. It was open box and had a dent on it, but let me tell you, this thing has worked, and worked. Hooked it right up, started a load, and it not only worked but really did a better job over all than the more expensive junk I bought. I have literally attempted to overload this thing, once but still did it, to see if it would choke. This thing just took it and asked for more. I am so impressed with this thing, 1/3 the cost of the other brand I bought from a local vendor, and it works. Five stars for me.

Appears to be a great product. Quiet, efficient, and does a great job

I had a Samsung 5.0 for several years. The new Samsung is the best. The price and quality of the machine is better than ever before. It’s very quiet, the delayed wash is a winner. I set the timer for 3 hours and am able to start the wash while at work. I appreciate the Geek Squad for help with set up. I feel like my clothes are cleaner and would recommend it to anyone.

I’m really impressed so far. The capacity is huge — I can wash big loads, comforters, and all my towels at once without it feeling overloaded. The “Super Speed Wash” is actually fast, and my clothes still come out clean and fresh.
