This washer works great. We like it, some cycles seem to take a long time but overall it's great. It does ask to be cleaned all the time, but that's fine.

I recently bought the Samsung washer and dryer set, and overall I am really impressed. The washer handles large loads without shaking the whole house, and clothes come out noticeably cleaner compared to my old unit. The dryer is fast and surprisingly quiet—plus the wrinkle-prevent feature actually works! The only downside was the initial setup. The Wi-Fi pairing took longer than expected, and some of the app features feel a little unnecessary. But once everything was up and running, the machines have been reliable and easy to use. Would definitely recommend if you want something modern and efficient.

This is a great machine. The capacity can easily handle comforters and bedding. It is quiet and efficient. I love it!!

The Best washer and Dryer I have purchased. The salesperson was knowledgeable and explained all the features on both the washer and dryer. Delivery was exceptional. They set it up and show how to use both. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase or the experience. I will definitely chose Best Buy for future purchases.

I just left an amazing review for the dryer but it works so well because this washer is equally amazing. It’s huge so I can do blankets and quilts and the spin cycle is great so the clothes come out almost dry. These both are way better than the Electrolux I paid more than double for. Seriously!

This washer cleans my clothes great, and more gently, thanks to the impeller. The capacity allows me to clean my comforter at home instead of hauling it to th laundromat.

This washer is awesome! Very efficient and quiet! Holds large loads and even connects to Wi-Fi! I Bought the dryer this past summer and the matching washer was discontinued so I got the next one up which happens to be a smart washer. Now I wish I had the smart dryer but both appliances work very well and I am very pleased with them. I fell in love with Samsung tv's first now I love their appliances. It's a bit more pricey but worth it.

The purchase process was simple and i was able to use some if my cash rewards towards the purchase. The employee that helped me check out in store was very patient as i customized mt pickup options as well as payment. The washer is a giid size and i am able to easily wash my king size comforter in it. I also got a warranty through best buy so that if anything happens with the washer someone will come out to fix it for me.

Ive had it for over a month and nothing bad to say about it. Works as it should, quiet, stays clean. The machine even reminds you to run a clean cycle, after so many cycles.

Love having a top loader again, and one that saves water too while still getting the clothes clean too. The model I chose has an impeller, not an agitator which is gentler on clothes and makes washing king size bedding a breeze.

I have had this washer for about 6 months now I’ve had no issues with it. It cleans well. I don’t super love that the lid has like a soft clothes feature that I always feel like it’s too slow. Other than that. It’s a great washer. I know washer’s are super expensive so it’s a tough decision when choosing a new one. This one comes in around the $700 mark. So far has been pretty good for me.

No problem noted for now. Working as expected. I hope it stays working like that.

Bought the 5.2 capacity Samsung Washer and the matching Dryer for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves them! She is very particular about the household laundry and Samsung did not disappoint! These machines cut her laundry time in half! Used Best Buy’s delivery service and they took the old washer and dryer. The delivery team was awesome they were very professional and took the time to clean up and run the test cycles! Excellent Customer service from the salespeople to the delivery team!
