Customer Ratings & Reviews

Once I got over the size of this machine, I started to enjoy it’s ease of use and the many options and settings! Thank God for the app! So far I haven’t had to use the app except to register the machines ( I bought both the washer and dryer) I am old fashioned because I am old, so I’m not going to be using all of its features, but I am loving the size of it more than anything else because it’s huge! I might add that I am not getting paid for this review!

We absolutely love our new Samsung washer! The spacious drum makes it so easy to do large loads, saving us time and effort. It works efficiently and has been a game-changer for our laundry routine. The installation by Best Buy’s team was quick, seamless, and professional. They had everything set up in no time, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend both the washer and Best Buy’s service!

Great washer!! Its very silent, it washes great and it has many, many different features. Great for your amenities.

Really quiet, clean so well the clothes. Love it the white cicle.

Aside from needing a step stool to reach the bottom of the washer...I love it. Very quiet and efficient and our clothes come out looking and smelling so good!

i didnt realize how big this would be. im 5'7" i have to stand on my tippy toes to get everything out of the washer. which is not a complaint! im very happy with this purchase. i love the color too. no issues at all. the install was quick and easy & i even made it to work on time. very happy

Love this washer it does great and we are a large family and I feel like this washer keeps up with us and washes the clothes great

Great washer. Agitator works wells and clothes come out clean and smelling fresh.

I have been looking at this washer for awhile. It sat in my cart online for months until I had no choice but to get it!!! Delivery and setup was great!! Thanks Guys!!! The washer is a dream. I downloaded the app, started using the washer 2 days later and forgot I was doing laundry; but thanks to the app I was immediately reminded of the laundry. I previously had a Samsung washer and dryer so when a replacement was needed there was little hesitation on my part….I was just watching the price.. Get it and you won’t be disappointed

It's capacity is plenty, gets my clothers very clean, I haven't had any issues with it so far, really happy!

Nice and quiet. Just make sure everything is leveled. It will hit the sides if heavy on one side. Good deep basin for great price.

Washer is everything one could wish for. Agitator does a nice job getting clothes clean. Very nice size for washing bedding

This washer has been great so far. Hesitated to buy a Samsung due to some negative reviews but after extensive research it seems like most of the bad experiences were with front load machines and/or models from 8-10 years ago. This washer has a ton of options for all different types of loads and runs very quietly. The app is also a nice feature to have.

Love that I can have a top loading washer again. Does great with large loads like towels and comforters. Would definitely buy again.

The washer for some reason randomly spills the fabric softener once we close the tray. The washer ia big enough to put in my large comforters and aside from the random spills of the softener, i still like the washer.

Huge basket, quiet, virtually dry clothes after spinning, less work for dryer!!

Excellent washer for large loads and loght loads. Love the agitator. Love the color.

Love it so far! I like the smart connectivity and being notified when cycles are finished. The only thing I don’t like/haven’t figure out yet is how to start the wash if I’m away from home without leaving the wash machine on all day prior to starting the cycle. Other than that, I’ve had zero issues.

[Employee of bestbuy] Love the size on this one. I like that I can fix my comforters without issues.

So far its fantastic. Washes latge loads and gets clothes very clean. King size comforter no problem.
