Love It! Can eat healthy, and cook faster with one appliance. I was able to use by Thanksgiving, we had Air Fryed Turkey! After work the eve, cooked in 2 and half hours versus a all nighter. Love that it has no burners on bottom in oven. So many cooking choices. So easy to keep clean. Look awsome. Had so much fun cooking more food at one time. Great Buy!

This is the first glass top electric range I ever bought, Mainly because I was always in fear of the glass top but after 16 years & 2 different electric ranges & getting tired of every spill going into the plates under the burner or even under the top ( & no matter how hard I would try to keep those little plates under the burner nice & new looking it seemed to always have some kind of mark on them )I decided to give the glass top a chance & it also helped with my decision that getting an extended warranty with Best Buy covers the glass also the fact that it seems that alot of my stuff seems to be Samsung so I guess in keeping with the same theme is also why I went with this particular range & the sale they were having. All that being said I have only had this range in my home for 9 days ( never understood why companies want you to do surveys so quickly, they need to give someone a chance to really get into the product before reviewing) Anyways I have cooked a few things on it & in it but haven't done any air frying in it yet, But I am just figuring out how to use certain burners for certain things it's been trial & error. Do I think using convection is much quicker than regular oven as of last night no when I did 2 pork loins in it & I followed cooking directions on packaging that were for regular oven but I used convection part because I wanted the outcome to be cooked more than the suggested internal temperature ( since now they suggest pork doesn't have to be cooked well done but I still do ) & when I did the temperature was still lower than I expected so I cooked it for another 10 minutes & it still turned out a little pink!!! I expected using convection that it should of been close to perfect internal temperature ( even not after I tented it for 30 minutes after coming out of the oven) & it was lower maybe it's me & because of still learning this whole thing but I guess time will tell... I like the look of the range & I read another review somewhere that a guy complained because on the knobs for each # there isn't a little click ( stop like click ) That doesn't bother me at all I just look at the # I want & stop it there myself it's not like the knobs move on their own it stops where you put them. The only real complaint I have so far is with Samsung!! Multi million dollar company & you can't include a full manual???? Pretty much for everything I want to use or know how to use properly I have to go on their website & download it & read it from there I would much rather pick up my owners manual & sit down with it & read it.

I initially was going to purchase an older model, but newer model happened to be on sale. The red marker on the knobs makes it easy to see the temperature setting. The rapid/fast boil burners and the 20 minute steam clean are also great features. A couple things I didn’t like was that the SS color is NOT fingerprint resistant and the storage drawer is smaller than my previous range. It’s been about 2 weeks now and so far I am pleased with this purchase.

Range works great. The air fryer option is why we upgraded and it definitely does not disappoint. Fries, onion rings, fish, chicken, etc are terrific. First convection oven and it takes some getting used to to find correct temperature and time adjustments. With that said, top above the knobs had huge dent like something had been dropped on it. 2 month wait for a replacement. Will update once replacement arrives.

Our old oven and microwave went out at same time. Bought Samsung washer/dryer from Best Buy earlier this year so decided to stick with that brand. So far oven and Mic both work and look great.plenty of power and easy to use. I even saved $250 combined due to sale.

I love Samsung products and this is no exception I had to get a stove to go with my appliances in my kitchen. This stove has an airfryer feature that I love and you also have burners to go with the size of your pots... amazing. I have no issues so far. Its been only two weeks with this stove.

Good stove. The top is a bit touchy. Have to use right pans or it will scratch.

I love it. The air fry feature is the best. The cooktop is very easy to clean.

The look of the range is clean and slick. If you cook something on the stove top you will see any and all mess on the shiny stovetop. Makes you want to clean your stove every single time you cook anything. I haven’t had a good experience with the air fryer feature yet. The range does not provide a drip pan for the air fryer feature, so food will drip. I ended up using self clean to clean the drip after one week of use and the whole oven locked up and will not turn back on. We troubleshooted with Samsung with no luck. It took 8 weeks to get first range and now since this first one crapped out, Best Buy is making me wait another 5 weeks to get the replacement, and this is after speaking to management. I will never order appliances from Best Buy’s consultant again, because he didn’t even consult with us. Horrible experience now my family is without an oven for 5 weeks. Kinda want to go back to my 15 year old stove, when electronics wasn’t an issue. The pictures are of the stove that stopped working after 7 days.

NOT fingerprint resistant as stated, which was the primary reason I bought this item. Other than that, I enjoy all the other features.

First time using ceramics glass top range. Conviction for cookies worked beautiful. Only concern is no backlight for control panel.

Looks beautiful. Really complements my modern kitchen. I had to get an electric stove for the basement and really like how easy it is to clean

Delivered with a small scratch/dent. The ceramic top is very delicate and hard to keep clean. I've been extremely careful to the point of buying new cookware and I already have scratches! I would've returned it if I didn't need it as bad.

After one year of using 3 of 4 on/off handle signs washed off, Samsung sign one letter fell off. Glass cook top not the best quality. Not recommend.
