Best Buy did outstanding work in keeping me notified of my appointment. The istallment by AYS of Glen Burnie Md was totally outstanding. The old stove was improperly installed and additional electric work was needed to bring things up to code. They did all the necessary electric work and completed the installment in no time at all. They also were great in installing new support for the overhead microwave. AYS were terrific and they explained why the repairs were necessary. The only negative issue is that the range has two parts that are wrong and I will have to go to the store to have them replaced. Not a big deal.

I am liking my new stove so far. It is easy on and heard up quickly. I have baked a number of items in the convection oven and they have cooked perfectly.

Very pleased with the suite of appliances i purchased from Best Buy. I had shopped Lowe's first but walked out and told the clerk who was not at all helpful that they could keep it all. Marvelous helpful and competent sales associate at Best Buy - and delivery and set up was exactly as promised.

Very sleek and easy to navigate. The center skillet burner is an amazing extra bonus to the little gem and it fit into my kitchen very well.

I appreciate the convection and self cleaning functions and have found the over to heat evenly and cook in perfect alignment with recipes.

This is a great oven, with a large central burner on the stove-top. Many cooking/baking modes. Many pan lids can be stored in the bottom drawer. The outside of the frame gets very hot to the touch, when in-use...Advise caution with small children.

I bought this stove to replace the one that came with my house. It is everything I wanted and more - easy to use, fine temperature controls in the burners and consistent temperature control in the oven. The 5th burner is great for my largest pots, and I like the griddle for bulk cooking (I don't do that much, but the few times I have it's been great!). The electronic controls are easy to use and clearly labeled.

I love my new Gas, Convection Range. It also has 5 burners. And it doesn’t take up a lot of space. Easy to use. Love, Love, Love it!!!

I baked a cake Using the convection mode and it turned out perfect! It’s nice to have the option of convection or regular for baking and cooking. The griddle is great also, Did a three day pancake for lunch binge when I got the new oven LOL.

Convection bake setting cooked a “bitchin” chicken thigh. The 5th burner on the stovetop and the griddle are fantastic!

This range has so many wonderful features. I haven't tried the 5th burner (oval center) but I see pancakes on the griddle in our future. The oven is the best part. Set the cooking temperature and time, press keep warm and it'll bakes and keeps warm to perfection! I have always loved white appliances and this fits on kitchen to a tee. The installers were great too. Very aware and safety minded, and careful with our bamboo floors.

We have had this stove about 1 month now. The oven warms up quickly (compared to the basic model we had before) and seems to be true to temperature. The top is easy to clean. The burners adjust well. We never use the oblong one except with the griddle that comes with the stove. Both large burners are at the front of the stove, which makes it easier to stir, but may be a concern if there are small children in the household.

New stove and range hood were installed last week. However, we've only had use of the stove since yesterday. The cord on this stove was too short to reach the nearby outlet used by the former stove. Installer said they don't make the cords as long as they used to. Had new electrical outlet put in (increasing my cost by $170). Finally, we are good to go! It's great so far for 1 evening of use.

So far so good! This gas range is everything I wanted in a range and more. I haven't used all the features yet but the ones I have used work perfectly. The manual is easy to understand and the range is easy to use.

Great Oven - love the sleek lines and the iron grid top - much easier to clean than my old stove. The griddle feature has restarted the Sunday Morning Pancakes tradition and the bread proofing feature is a bonus as making a lot more bread currently :)

I purchased my condo in 2017 and it came with an electric range - I hated that range. I tried to love it but just could not keep from burning things or not having any control of the settings. With this range it is so easy to manage the settings and I cannot believe the difference in my cooking.

This range replaced a 30+ year old gas range, and got me interested in cooking again. It is easy to use, and my model came with a griddle that sets in the middle of the top grid -- a welcome solid surface to set a plate on (when not in use as a griddle). So far, I like this range a lot.
