We like the heavy duty grates and the two front burners are larger than our old stove. We also like the convection bake option.

Really enjoy cooking with this stove. Heats up fast, maintains its temperature. Cleans up easy. Just a great stove so far.

8 month old appliance. The oven thermometer says it has reached 350 when THREE freestanding new thermometers placed throughout the oven say it’s 250. (Tried cooking when the oven thermometer says 350 and it is NOT 350. Food did not cook in the time it should have taken. And I am a seasoned cook. I know how to cook!) Called Samsung. They said those freestanding thermometers aren’t accurate (funny since CNET recomendeds them as do many cooking sites). I recalibrated by adding 20 per the user manual. Nothing changed. Had service out (who gave me an 8 hour window and said they’d call me that day to say what time they’d come. So as a freelancer I couldn’t schedule work that day since I had no idea when they’d come. Which ended up being 2:30 pm. But that’s another story) who insists its working. Put a thermocouller in which showed a very high degree when the oven said 350 but said it was too complicated to explain it to me how that works . Then said it was within range (20 degrees) and that’s how ovens work. You can’t bake in an oven that varies by 20 degrees!! The tech suggested I call some sort of escalated customer service since I was dissatisfied with their response. It took me almost 25 minutes to make it past the front line gatekeeper to get a ticket number so that escalated customer service department would even call me back in 24-48 hours. Don’t waste your money if poor quality appliances and terrible customer service.

I have not had time to use all features but my spouse loves the griddle/5th burner feature. I love that he cooks breakfast!

Only had it a few weeks - sure like it so far. Need to try out the Convection feature which we have never had before.

I purchase this stove because mine died. It has a lot of great features. I like the convection cooking. The only problem is with the timer. It maybe all my fault. I haven't figured out how to set the timer to start once it is done preheating.
