I cant find the model# or serial# ? Please advise..

I bought this gas stove and was told by the salesman that it was on clearance but it was just because it was the floor model but my receipt said it was in fair condition. When it got delivered and I hooked it up I was under the impression that everything on the stove works like new cause it was just an open box floor model and had never been used. Well that wasn't true cause someone had used it before me. There was some kind of black burnt stuff on the inside of the oven and it wasn't there at the store. Also the middle burner doesn't even work which is one of the main reasons i wanted to buy this stove was it had 5 burners. Over all i am not very happy with this purchase cause i thought i was buying a completely working stove that had never been used but that's not the case. The best buy salesman was not honest with me and said that the stove had never been used and everything worked on it. I paid close to $400 for this stove and i wish that it worked like it should.

Seems like a very nice range, the burners really light up, cooks well. I like it.

Compared to the Kenmore we had it's a 10 heats fas even on regular oven

This stove was not the one I purchased. The oven door, control panel were different from the one I purchased. I wanted a white stove the only white on the stove was where the burners were & oven door. The rest of the stove was off white.

Center burner was nicked at time of delivery. Called service to request they send a replacement, Samsung told the Best buy person to arrange a replacement of the entire range. Drove to BB and swapped the cover for the floor model part which was fine. Delivery and installation as expected, works fine.

Good looking range, heats up fast and even. Too new to say much else

Bought this range expecting something better, but I guess Next time I will have to spend a little more to get something good.

used two month no problem after start to lighting all or not used

It is SS Blk and NOT white. It matches well in my kitchen by sheer accident

I NEVER review stuff, but I had to say how pleased I am w/ this range. We've had it since mid-Feb. and bought it to replace a propane cooktop and electric wall oven. We can't believe the difference.....the top burners offer a range of quick cooking to simmer (lthough I will still need to use a diffuser under pots of brown rice since it doesn't simmer that low.) The convection gas oven is a real surprise....I didn't think propane would produce the results I'm getting: browning and rise are excellent and food really tastes better. I bought it in white which looks beautiful in my all wood kitchen and cleans in a snap. No stainless steel or glass streaks! Nice work Samsung!

Excellent oven with one major flaw: Igniter for bottom burner needs to be replaced every couple years! Not difficult to do or overly expensive, but an obvious part/design flaw. Since not everyone is equipped to do this type of repair, not recommending it.
