Great tv, easy to use, and I have the Samsung App on my phone that enables me to control my TV through my phone with is great also!

All I can say is I'm extremely disappointed in not only Samsung for shipping me a poor quality tv (based on the tv not being put together where the frame and screen meet), but I'm even more disappointed in Best Buy for not exchanging the tv and making me go through a Samsung partner to get it fixed. I shouldn't have to get a brand new tv fixed already. I moved into a new apt and didn't unpack my tv for 2 weeks until the cable was installed, and since it was past 15 days of purchase (it was maybe 20 days), they wouldn't help me out. Poor customer service and makes me seriously reconsider purchasing through Best Buy again based on disappointing customer experience.

I bought this TV because it was highly rated in a consumer magazine and was on sale. The sound and picture are excellent. I have a FIOS set-top box, a DVD player and a PC connected to the 3 HDMI inputs. I was surprised how well it can function as a PC monitor. This TV only has a 60 Hz refresh rate, but that didn't seem to cause problems with viewing fast moving subjects. I have only tried the internet feature a few times and find it a little difficult navigating and entering information using the remote control. Apparently, it is possible to connect a USB mouse and keyboard, but the instruction manual doesn't say much about it. As far as I can tell it doesn't support Bluetooth. I highly recommend this TV if you don't need to view 3D content. My TV didn't come with a warranty registration card. To register it on Samsung's website, you have to create an account first, which is a nuisance.

We got this tv because it was big and priced comparable to smaller dumb tvs. Beautiful picture and smart tv features are easy to use and set up. If you have Samsung phones/tablets you can even share music, photos, and videos to the tv. I think the computer can also connect, but not sure how. Bad stuff? There was the screen dimming "feature" that took a little searching to turn off, and I guess I wouldn't mind an extra hdmi (has 3) but I'm nitpicking now

This is a great tv for the money. It has a beautiful bright picture.I do not have a glare on the tv and it is near 3 windows. It can be set-up to connect to the internet so you can use youtube on the tv or you can go on your email. Its very convenient for Netflix. My kids really are enjoying this new tv.

This is a good deal for the price. The image and sound quality are pretty decent. The smart features seem to function well. (I don't use them often as I have other options available.) The only complaint I have is the provided stand. When pressing on the corner of the tv, it will oscillate probably 10 times before it dampens out. Minor annoyance, as most will either find it sufficient, or will choose a wall mounted option.

Good picture quality and easy to set up. Internet connection is easy to use. Light weight and full picture coverage oer the screen.

I bought this TV to replace my 32" Samsung, which I was happy with, but wanted something bigger. This TV was a great price for the size & smart TV features. It was very easy to set up, and it looks great. The picture could be a little brighter, but I haven't explored all of the settings yet. I definitely recommend turning off the automatic eco brightness adjustment feature. That was just distracting. Using the remote to "type" is tedious, but I've heard you can connect a keyboard if you do that a lot. I don't use the sound, so I don't really if the built-in speaker is any good.

The TV works wonderful the sound is great as well as the picture. The size is great and easy to set up. Everything was easy to set up and connect with the directions and remote

Great "smart" tv for the price. Easy to setup and connect to home wifi. Sound quality was compensated for by adding Samsung sound bar.

We were torn between Vizio and Samsung. I know Samsung is rated a bit higher and we were able to get this TV as an open box discount so it made our decision much easier. Love the SMART TV. It is great to be able to watch Amazon Prime movies and Netflix movies so easily as well as listen to Pandora. Definitely recommend getting a wireless keyboard to go with it though. The on screen keyboard is way too tedious if you end up doing more typing than just navigating. We were very impressed with the sound quality as well being that the flatscreens generally have terrible sound. This one is a 60hz and while it is a very good picture I think the 120hz would be a better choice for watching sports. Overall we are very happy with our TV.

VISUAL Overall, this is a great TV with a great image. The image is crisp and easy to adjust where needed. The automatic Blu-Ray image adjust is also a nice feature, but can be turned off if you want your own custom settings. SOUND Of course, built-in sound is lacking, but this is to be expected. If you want the best experience, you'll have to get a sound bar or system. FEATURES I wasn't too excited about the 'Smart' functions, since I stream from other devices already, but I've actually used this function more than I thought I would -- it's nice to have everything easily accessible from the remote. Also, the devices interacts flawlessly with other Samsung devices, so I would recommend an associated Blu-Ray player and sound system. It makes use and set up easy.

Got this item for a family member on a deal of the day discount and it was perfect. Samsung makes amazing products and I have never not liked a single Samsung device I've owned. This is the first Samsung tv I have ever got and just like every other Samsung device I love it. And so does the family member I got it for. Looks amazing and it is very easy to use. It has a light sensor on it to adjust the screen brightness to the brightness in the room. A nice feature to take it easy on your eyes. If you have a smart phone you can use it as a tv remote only if you have Wi-Fi and you smart tv and smart phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi. Over all the picture quality it incredible and you can not go wrong with this tv. If you are considering it and it is going for a good price then go for it. You will enjoy it.

We bought this TV after moving out to California from New York City. It was our "upgrade" TV. We couldn't be happier with the upgrade. This 50" TV is great for watching movies and TV, and playing video games. We have mostly used it to watch movies and TV on TWC (cable) so I can't comment on gaming as much, but I'm impressed in the short time that I played PS3 on it. The features are great, but I haven't really used them much because all of our Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. is already set up on my PS3. Setting up the features was easy, just make sure you can get an ethernet cable to the TV.

This is actually our 2nd Samsung Smart TV. The first is 3D and in the man cave. As we were excited about the 3D and immediately hooked to satellite, we did not investigate the smart features. This time we did and love it! You really do get a new TV and so much more . . . Re-doing our fireplace mantle to accommodate this TV in our living room (I will reiterate Samsung recommendation and encourage a deep mantle shelf between TV and Fireplace to help deflect heat), we had several days of time where the TV was connected to the internet but not to the satellite. Our kids who were accustomed to sitting in front of the PC watching YouTube, are suddenly sharing their crazy videos with the entire family! Mom likes the Fitness Channel (Can we really get rid of the Wii and move to Xbox like the kids have been begging? Mom had been reluctant to loose WiiFit for Winter Breaks but she may have found a replacement!) We are excited about the connectivity with DirectTV - the RVU feature. We were slightly disappointed to learn from DirectTV that this feature only enables you to be a client to the "Genie" whole home DVR. To watch satellite channels, you still need a receiver paired with the TV. (We are trying to minimize hardware required since all equipment is visible, sitting on the mantle shelf!) Our DirectTV telephone support rep indicated the ability for the TV to pull signals from satellite channels without the receiver in the middle was planned to be available in the future. So we are connecting to Genie today, using a HD receiver and waiting for the day we can get rid of the HD receiver!

This is our first large TV buy and we couldn't be happier. Great picture from every angle and easy set up. No problems with online streaming of Netflix or Pandora. The only minor problem is the sound when playing Netflix - usually the sound has to be turned way up in order to hear programs clearly. We don't have cable but an antenna with the TV picks up at least 20 channels on a regular basis with clear picture and sound.

This is one of the best smart tvs available. The user interface on the samsung is extremely easy to use. Picture quality is great. Nothing bad to say about this product yet. I've owned panasonic smart tv prior to this and I much prefer the samsung. The price is great too!

Excellent Picture, good viewing from side angle, excellent clarity and motion. TV is very light, easy to hang on wall-mount hardware (purchased separately).

Just a great tv with a 120 motion rate that I definitely have noticed while watching the hockey playoff and the Stanley Cup finals. I love the app and the connection it has to the internet. Everything right there in one tv. And easy to set up.
