This TV has lots of options for picture customization (I used some settings from a review online and it looks great). The Samsung TV apps are great and I haven't had issue using any of them. At 50" it's perfect size for my medium-sized living room. The sound quality is alright but I have a soundbar which improves it. It would be nice to have one more HDMI and one more component out.

This TV has a great picture, clarity and sound. We bought the package for set-up and installation and have nothing but kudos for the Geek Squad guys. We chose to have the cables buried in the wall, and from arrival, getting the TV hung, cables buried and set-up connections to our cable and the internet, they were all done in just about an hour. Enjoying the ability to stream movies from our Amazon and other accounts. Nothing but praise for this product and the Best Buy service.

A great Smart TV at a very attractive price. We're not techies in my household and the TV was simple to install in my entertainment unit. The picture is just superb. The sound was not wonderful but I knew that at the time of purchase and bought a sound bar to correct that issue. Setting up the TV on the stand was a breeze and it was truly plug and play. I think I'll buy one for my daughter and her husband next Christmas.

This TV is light, has a great picture, and is available at a good price point. However the sound is poor, and you can't get rid of unwanted features in the "Smart Hub". The Samsung wireless blue tooth keyboard does NOT work with this model, so that 60 bucks was wasted. Other brands DO work with it, but do not support all of the features. Taken all together, it's not a bad TV, you just need to be aware of the low points.

I am in love with this TV! I am a basic kind of person...not usually into techy things but I feel like this TV was made for me. It is so easy to use and is so convenient. I love the fact that I can access apps and use Netflix without using my laptop or our PS3. I don't really have anything bad to say about this TV. Love, love, love it!

Excellent "Smart" TV, very good picture and features and size is perfect for the bedroom wall!

I generally love Samsung devices. The idea of a smart TV was very exciting to me. What a disappointment it was for me when I got my television home to find out that the "full" web browser and other widgets are extremely over rated. I have yet to find a single website that is fully displayed on the browser, for example you can't even click on buttons to check email because the buttons do not display. The Facebook app is not fully functional and difficult to use. The Netflix app cannot handle 5.1 sound and is constantly going out. There is nothing good about any of the apps or the televisions ability to get on my network.

I love this tv it is easy setup and the picture is clear and the smart tv feature is great.

Samsung created a nice TV and with the competitive price at Best Buy this was a good deal. Lots of Smart TV features , but the user interface is a bit overwhelming and have to adjust to all the options it provides. Once you get comfortable with the user interface the TV is enjoyable to watch.

love how the tv can connect to the internet. i can watch netflix from the app that is already installed on the tv. i have a samsung phone also and love how i can connect my hpone to the samsung smart tv to look at my pictures and also listen to the songs i already have on my phone. best tv my fiance' and i have bought :)

This is my 2nd Samsung Smart TV. The other is the 55 in model and I am impressed with the quality of the tv. The set up was simple and the picture is crystal clear. The only thing I don't like is the sound is a little low. I was told by the salesman that the companies but weak speakers in to keep the size of the tv compact. Also, it gives them the chance to sell soundbars!! A great tv! Highly recommend it.

The setup programing was simple and easy, the apps are great and the wireless connection has given me no problems. The picture is stunning, very sharp, clear and crisp. this is an amazing tv and the price was cheap compared to other 50" tvs. The remote has an illumination button so you can see what your doing in the dark.

This tv is fantastic. Can't beat it for the price. Outstanding picture quality and no problems connecting to the internet. The apps work very well. The only downside is that the sound is light, which to be expected with the thin LED style. Plan on investing in a sound system of some kind.
