Overall disappointed in something so expensive failing after not long of owning. Typically Samsung has always seemed worth it to me. Not anymore

A black shadow appeared in the center of the screen. Called customer service and warranty wouldn’t cover burnt panels. 1000 dollars to fix. Samsung is making defective TVs and is dropping their prices to get rid off . I said good bye to all Samsung products . Don’t buy Samsung !

Thank you for sharing your review, however, the 55" RU7100 Smart TV only became available in March 2019, and thus could not be the TV you are reviewing.
Nonetheless, I am very sorry for the inconvenience and issues you are having with your previous generation TV.
