Unfortunately I have to turn the TV up over 50 in order to hear it with any type of background noise. The sound just isn't there. I have purchased many Samsung TV's in my day and the sound has never been this poor.

Let me give you the cons instead. No One Remote. The clunky old one instead and took a bit to get used to. Panel is too thick. I wish for the size and price it were slimmer. The Smart TV guide comes with Ads. Even if you turn it off they always come back on
