    color is great, picture is great; however, the sound lags behind the video, even with the sound delay set to zero. The lag is the same, regardless of the sound going through a sound bar or coming directly through the TV speakers--set to PCM or Dolby. It doesn't matter. This is a show stopper for the TV. Many seem to have the same problem. Samsung needs to fix the problem. Or they need a setting on the lag for a minus number instead of increasing the delay. It is a shame that such a nice picture is ruined by the audio being out of sync with the video.

    Although there were RCA jacks on the back of the TV, it would not recognize that anything was attached to them when I tried to change the source. I had to buy a $40 RCA to HDMI adapter to make my older DVD player and Wii to work with the TV.

    I ended up returning this after a long back and forth with Samsung. It ended up being a defective TV. However, the process to exchange it through Best Buy could not have been simpler once they received Samsung's RMA.

    The TV has already had to be totally reset and all the apps reload twice since I bought it barely a month ago. The remote does not work great either. Would not buy again

    Television was birthday gift for my grandson. Bought on 10.10.2019. Gave it to him on 10.23.2019. Went up on wall 10.26.2019. Television stopped working on 10.27.2019. Called Best Buy and was told warranty for returning television to Best Buy for exchange is only 15 days from purchasing. I am now dealing with Samsung directly. Paid with tax $431.99. Very disappointed in Best Buy and I have been doing business with them for years.

    Box had incorrect S/N and Model #

    When I went to register this product I was unable to because the information on the box label was incorrect. The serial number didnt match the number on the back of the tv not did the model number

    Samsung seems to have sound issues and connectivity issues. You are better off running smart apps from a Firestick and not even trying to use the TV apps.

    Bought this TV Aug 17, 2019. Picture and sound were good. Memory (for adding apps) pretty limited - can't delete all the unused pre-loaded apps. About 2 years later it has a black horizontal line in the middle of the screen. Reset it and called Samsung - line persists. Time to repair or replace.

    Not that great of a picture from the sides. Too much white wash from sides. Best picture is if you seated in front of TV. Good speakers though. I was expecting a better picture since it is considered 4K.

    I could have got a bad unit, but the picture in fast moving cense was juddery. I ended up returning the Samsung and spending a little more money to get a Sony XBR-49x900f and I'm glad I did.

    We bought this for bedroom, don't expect too much when comes to colors (after all you get what you pay...) Interface is similar to new smart Samsung TV's meaning good and easy to use!

    TV was fine the first two weeks. Developed a green Horizonal line down the middle. Of course I cant get a Geek Squad on the phone to help or come out. Thanks

    I LOVE the Samsung Tv's, however I am a little disappointed with the picture quality. This Tv is a good value and is great for a Tv you may not watch often.

    You will thank me for this review!!! I bought this tv and read the 1500 and so 5 star reviews..I bought it and am now returning it!! I bought this tv from a best buy agent recommendation online and the reviews! I called everybody I knew to make the picture better (its blurry and the color is either too bright or pale) I went into my bedroom and looked on my cheap insignia TV that I paid for at best buy for $145 with its crisp wonderful picture (about 100 times better) I either bought a brand new TV that was defective or it stinks....I did my duty in reporting this....as I said thank me later.

    The Samsung 7 Series does not currently support desktop computers. If you wish to purchase this TV to use as a computer screen look somewhere else. -Setup Desktop Computer -HDMI 2.1 " Ultra Fast" - Nvidia 970 6 GB -16 GB Ram - AMD 6 core 4.5 GHZ processor When connecting a computer it does give a display. But the colors are completely washed out and the TV picture settings can not be changed. Have spent several hours on the phone with Samsung tech support who are completely unable to address the problem in any way. I also checked Samsung's website and found 3 separate pages that claim " Samsung Tv's can be used as a computer monitor at 4k" in case any of you just assumed 4k TV's can't be used as a computer monitor.

    The Samsung TV on sale at Best Buy is absolutely the worst TV I have ever had the misfortune of owning. The picture resolution is so poor that we can't watch any sports because we can't see the ball. The picture on some of the Netflix movies is way too dark to enjoy the program. Because of the time of year in November, we were not able to set up a convenient time to have it installed. I would think that Best Buy could have foreseen this and prepared themselves accordingly. On the whole, a miserable experience.
