My very first smart TV. Bought this on the recommendation of the Best Buy associate and I’ve been very happy with it. Crisp clear picture, fast loading time and wonderful sound. Streaming is a breeze and my Blu-rays and DVD’s are picture perfect. I’ve been a customer of the Albany Best Buy since the day they opened. I used to work at Crossgates Mall, seems like eons ago now. This is the only store that I buy my electronics and appliances. The associates have always been friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the perfect size for the room, has crisp clear picture, good sound, and was very easy to follow on screen set up instructions! Loved the price too!

THis is a good TV. Picture is nice and pretty easy to use with the apps. I really like it has buttons for Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu

The picture and sound quality are very good, and did not require any additional speakers. The set up was reasonably easy and operation is user friendly.

Very good price for an excellent tv. I wish it had regular audio outputs (instead of just optical) but otherwise this was just what we wanted.

I just replaced my old 44" Hitachi with this 50" Samsung UHD TV. I can't say anything bad about the TV. The picture quality is perfect and it's a smart TV and it offers more features than the 10 yrs old LED TV. You really can't compare the two but that's what I used to have and it was out dated. We replaced it because my son had accidentally shot a CB inside the house and it put a big hole in the TV. Nevertheless, the TV needed to be replaced and we ended up with this 50" Smart TV. It wasn't the best and the "smartest" of TV's but it works great! Couldn't be happier!

Easy install. Easy use of smart TV function. We love the samsung TVs - this is our 5 or 6th one (the only one that does not work is the one this replaced)

Very happy with this purchase. Very clear picture and wonderful sound. Great having 3 hdmi ports and also RCA hook ups for the Wii! Easy set up as well!

Needed a very good tv for a family member on a limited budget. This Samsung TV has a great picture and many built in features for the buck.

great picture and internet setup was really easy. no negatives to this tv at all. enough ports for hdmi for all my components games direct tv etc.

I like the image and features of the smart tv. The layout is nice for finding your apps easy. However it would have problems connecting to the internet, so I had to change one of the settings and it works perfectly fine now.

Great tv, easy to set up. Works great with my sound bar and no problems with WiFi connecting. Just Samsung need to update their remote.

Easy setup. Sound not bad. Picture is great some dark scenes could be better. For the price and its a great tv for the casual use I do.

Had problem with old tv for set 2 months and waited for November to purchase. Best Buy had what I was looking for. Great picture,loads of apps,easy to use. The downside is the speakers, sound seperation needs to improve

Sound and picture are good. I happened to buy a LG TV set a few weeks after buying this one and the Samsung doesn't compare with the ease of use, compatibility, and remote control functionalities of the LG.

Samsung has really step the game in regards to 4K TV. Looks better than the 6 series; nice color and sound is good for what I expected.
