So we knew when we bought this 50” for our son it had to be a Samsung. Couldn’t be happier. Long story short. Get what you know you like and don’t let a sales associate convince you to get something else.

Fantastic tv

The picture is clear and beautiful. I’m very happy so far. I’m living the smart tv as it’s relatively new to me. All in all, extremely happy with this purchase. I’m contemplating getting the 43 inch version for my son.

Rubber lining is bad

The little rubber protective lining on the outer plastic box just seems to fall off... it’s weird, and of course during a pandemic I’m sitting here with no help, so overall, pretty upset about that. Otherwise, picture is nice, gaming on it is fun and easy, and the price was fair.

I like things that match. Also bought a Walker Edison TV stand/Espresso the same day and this 50in. Samsung fits perfectly on this TV stand and we are happy with both, so far.

The clarity is great and so many apps on this 7 series Samsung model. I just need to add sound bar to improve volume.

For gaming it’s amazing very clear brings out color and it gets pretty dark when it’s night in game
