Problem with TV immediately after buying it. TV continually loses input signal from my Verizon FiOS One cable box. Replaced HDMI cable 3 times, swapped out cable box, tried different HDMI inputs on TV. TV intermittently loses signal and I get a green screen. Samsung service has visited twice. Main board was replaced to no avail. Problem still is happening. Samsung service coming again next week to replace main board again along with entire panel and all internal cables. Hopefully this will be the fix.

Tv auto updated firmware/software to 1303 and now WiFi disconnects after shutting down tv. (From Samsung’s site) Hard reset of system will correct... until you turn tv off again and it drops WiFi and on and on. We are tv streamers so this Samsung Model is just a big paperweight now unless we reset it every time. Lucky it is still under warranty. Multiple Samsung help boards blew up over issue and within 3-4 days one hit 16 pages of the same complaint and Samsung wouldn’t allow any more comments. We have bought numerous Samsung TVs over the years, along with this bad one we presently own 4 right now and one LG. I have noticed Samsung’s models seem to be great deals but also now built cheaply. If they are just turning into throw away tech and quality is out, it may be time to try another LG or somebody else.

Please know that Samsung is aware of the WiFi connection issue and will be releasing a firmware update soon as a remedy.
Meanwhile, we recommend that you reboot your TV as a temporary fix. Please unplug the TV’s power cord and re-plug it in, or press the power button on the remote, holding it for 5+ seconds to restart the TV.

A decent TV for the price but I think I just got a bad model. I think 3 weeks into having the TV I’ve noticed a big bright spot in the middle of the screen. I got a huge run around from Best Buy, BestBuy.com, and Samsung to try to address this. BB has a 2 week return policy and they did nit want to take this TV back. It took a week of calling them to finally get a manager in the line who agreed to give me store credit for it. I ended up getting Samsung 8th gen 49 in. Much happier with it.

I would not recommend this TV to anyone. There are several models for Samsung that the screens develop black bands into the screen that there are no way to fix. Our TV is less than 2 years old and good luck contacting their customer service. We have owned several different brand of TV’s over the years and this has been the worst. The TV will develop very similar to a shadow in the screen.

bought the TV June 2019 and now screen start making problem without any damage.
