Great picture and sound. Not crazy about the remote.

The TV works amazing, especially for the price. TV speakers are really bad in this day and age, but this TV sounds amazing through the speakers with enhanced sound settings. The 4K settings are amazing and not choppy like most, it also has component cable hookups and an antenna hook up as well; not many newer TVs have that.

Returned a insignia for this. I paid more but it was worth the additional money. This picture quality is great , the sound is good and it fit perfectly on my tv stand. I added a sound bar later for deeper bass. I really love this tv best tv out of the 5 in my house and all of them are within a year old.

This Samsung TV is a good buy at the present price. Tv has good color balance, picture is sharp and crisp. Instructions for set-up is definitely lacking, and should be improved. The sound comes from speakers mounted inside the TV and directed to the back. When mounted with back to wall, the speakers need improvement.

Flat screen has very limited viewing area. No simple manual on operation procedure. Had difficulty opening the manual. Called Samsung and with some difficulty they sent something to my computer. Thought I'd better print it out for future reference but didn't know it was 77 pages. And with all 77 pages there still is no easy help of how to turn on and off. How to change channels. Pages and pages of how to connect to your computer...too advance if you are trying to watch some simple tv programs. Not a good fit for seniors with limited computer skills.

It works great and was easy to set up. It was a birthday gift to our adult son. We installed it ourselves with little problems. The only issue was holding a 50" TV up on the wall over a refrigerator to get the screws into the wall mount. It was kind of funny, the way we had to place ourselves, but it worked.

Easy setup, works great with direct TV and has im put for my vcr/dvd player. Good quality for price!

Im very happy with my tv colors are accurate ,and vibrant when watching 4k or HD content switching between Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu is seamless . My games on my PS4 look awesome . I am relieved had an LG 4k that died on me in less than year. This looks better and I am hoping gives me some good years of service.

Great product. I purchased this open box as it was the previous model and the new series had literally just came out. The price of UHD televisions keep coming down and the quality seems to be getting better. Doesn’t seem like that long ago I paid almost $1600 for a 50” 720p plasma .....

Made the jump to 4K purchasing this TV and have enjoyed every minute of it. Samsung 50” comes with HDMI/Optical outlets on the back and is loaded with streaming apps (ESPN, Netflix, Amazon, etc.) for your viewing pleasure. This TV works great with all devices on my ecosystem (Sony A/V receiver, Xfinity TV, PS4) and I have not had any issues or complaints about it. Would highly recommend!

This TV has an excellent picture! The tech who installed it did a very good job and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He called to let me know when he would be here, then called again to tell me he would be about an hour later. I greatly appreciated him notifying me of delay.

You'll never be disappointed with TV's from Samsung. Great picture quality , great sound and the price is always right. Had a problem though , with the last one that I purchased. A weird clicking sound coming from the back of the TV. But Best Buy handled it like a Pro. Returned without a problem.

This TV is very nice for the price. It's nice that it is a smart tv. We don't even need a cable box.

I am a huge fan of Samsung products! Galaxy phone, Samsung watch, 3 tvs and solid state drives out the wazoo! I want to give this TV a 5 star review but I just can't. I feel like advertised features such as HDR are subpar at best. If you are using this TV for a SDR plugged in ethernet cable experience it is a 5 star TV. If you plan to stream off wifi and enjoy 4k HDR you are going to want to splurge the extra couple hundred bucks for an 8 series tv. The new RU 8 series tvs are incredible! I always buy Samsung products when I can and this is just the latest reason why. I'm using this as my main gaming computer monitor and it's literally perfect for the task. It looks beautiful no matter what game movie or app I use it with, It is just the right size, and the price was fantastic.

simple to set up great picture using Samsung Smart set up once you load your info its just click and go

We've only had this set for a few days, but it is doing a really good job. The set replaced a 3- D Samsung, and is delivering as good a picture as the old one did when it was new. Also has new features including a lot of auto-set-up. Doing Really well.. When needing replacement, we will use Samsung again.
