Great size and easy set up of the TV. We had no trouble jumping right into online services.

Best Buy offers great products and very friendly guidance when buying. Especially for one not too versed in technology. This size is perfect for my new home in Phoenix. Easy to hook up, programming for Netflix and Prime TV, very easy. Built in speakers are ample for me. Clear sound.

I’ve had this for about 1-1/2 years now. Picture quality is great and sound quality is actually pretty good compared to many others I have or had in the past. Samsung smart features work flawlessly and feels years ahead in tech versus my LG tv.

I am so glad I picked this one. The picture is very good, and so is the color.

My old TV broke so I just went looking. Found this one, and was sold. Bigger than my last tv, picture quality is way better. Only problem I have with it is that it’s curved back makes it slightly upturned when we mounted it in our tv stand. It’s hardly noticeable unless I see the tv from the side.

Setup was easy. Picture is great. Sounds good. Don't have much to compare it to first smart tv

good picture for tv in this price range, the input/outputs are not easy to access if wall mounted. The speaker are great, wish tv had 4 hdmi.

When my 42” plasma burned up, I knew I had to get a replacement TV with a good picture for our master bedroom. At the price point and picture quality, this TV cannot be best. Another great TV from Samsung (our second 4K Samsung), and we are customers for life! Sports look incredible on this TV!

I purchased this television when it was on sale, and I couldn't believe I could get a 50" 4K tv with HDR this cheap. Samsung has always been my go-to brand and this did not disappoint. The picture is very good, and one thing that struck me is the near instantaneous start-up. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with this TV. Is it the best? No, But I didn't expect it to be for the price. Was worried about the Samsung TV built in app program, but it is not slow and has a ton of channels. Works great with Netflix, Huluu, and Plex!!!!! Great picture. remote works great, so does the app.

Nice picture. Don’t like that the remote controls my AppleTV no matter if I am watching it or not.

What an amazing TV. I shied away from Samsung for awhile and I'm so glad I took a chance on this one. We purchased this for our office and the quality is undeniable. The setup is easy and it works perfectly when we cast our computers to the monitor for meetings.

I love Samsung TVs. This is good TV for a great price. The color on it could be better, but is not terrible. The problem is when you are not directly in front of the TV, but viewing it at an angle...the colors are washed out and it is not as clear. However, if you are looking for a 4K 50" TV at a great price and plan on sitting right in front of it...this is the one to get.

I just love my Samsung smart tv. Samsung is a great product to begin with and I had a Samsung tv before this one and just knew that’s what I wanted again. My old Samsung tv still works it’s 10 years old and I wanted a smart tv. I find they last and have a great picture and no problems.

Good smart tv. Good quality picture and preset buttons for Netflix, Hulu, and prime.

My daughter loves her Christmas present. Chris from GEEK Squad was professional and took the time to answer my questions and show me how everything worked. That didn't happen in 2014 when two GEEK Squad employees came to my house to install my tv and sound bar. They were rude, unprofessional and incompetent. They never hooked up the sound bar and told me if I had questions to call. One of them gave my wife a box in another room and told her it was a spare remote and cables. Two years or so later I realized the sound bar had never been hooked up and the box had the remote control for the sound bar the Ethernet cable and another remote for the tv. The sound bar wasn't working after getting instructions from Samsung and never has since. I am very grateful for Chris and the good work he did. The one thing I was disappointed about was that the salesperson never told me I had to buy a cable for the 4K DVD player because it isn't included with the DVD player.

In January 2016, I purchased a Visio TV which stated experiencing some issues a few weeks ago from the TV randomly turning itself off and on to the pre-installed apps constantly freezing. After returning home from work, I turned on my TV and the screen went completely black. I contacted Visio for assistance who refused to honor their extended warranty, so I had no other choice but to search for a new TV. After browsing various brands of TVs, I decided on this model because of the beautiful design, the number of pre-installed apps and features as well as the number of excellent reviews found on the Best Buy website and several others. I have had my new TV for about a week now and I can confirm that I am beyond happy with my purchase and Samsung has a customer in me for life.

I love this tv, but DO NOT download the app. I have had Netflix for over 5 years and never had an issue. I download the Samsung app, connected it to my TV and that night my Netflix account was hacked and all my information was changed. I deleted the app and haven’t had an issue since. The TV is amazing but the app isn’t secure.

WE need to all realize that HD images is just the start of upcoming advances in picture quality. This TV is about 3-5 years ahead of whats coming and/or not here yet. Direct TV is just starting it and DISH TV will probably never get there. However, if you want to be ready this is the TV for you
