This T.V. is great. I had a 2018 TCL 55 inch before this. It was really good for the price, but the features don't come close to this Samsung. The price, in my opinion is amazing as well. The cherry on top was when I realized I could connect my Beats Headphones to it.

This television has not given me any problems, the image quality is excellent and the price is the best. I recommend it for those who do not want to spend a lot but want to have a good 4k image on a smart TV.

This tv is the bomb. I turned the tv on and walked in the room with my Samsung phone and it immediately recognized and connected to my phone. The setup was super easy. The picture quality is awesome. I love it.

More color and sharper picture. The apps are easier to use and the streaming side seams to scream through the internet thing just pop right up instead of taking a while to load. we replaced an older Samsung that still seemed to work OK but this one is much nicer.

This TV has a crisp clear picture & easy to use, reliable streaming. The Samsung app they want you to connect too is cumbersome and was taking forever to load, so I would recommend skipping the app and setting up the TV directly. The app is unnecessary.

This TV has been a great buy for me. I'm not very tech savvy. It was easy for me to setup after getting it home. It has been very easy to use with my wifi. It has great picture quality. Samsung has made this TV easy to navigate between apps and cable. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love my new Samsung. It was a breeze to setup and it streams flawlessly. Its light, but yet has a sturdy feel to it. The picture quality and sound are top notch. I wish you could move between apps a little easier, but other than that, l have zero complaints

I purchased this Samsung TV after my LG TV 50in flat screen kept breaking down only 2 yrs into my purchase. Samsung was my first choice but I was stuck with th LG brand during a Black Friday sale. I've had no issues thus far with the Samsung TV. The set up was extremely easy, picture is nice and crisp. Most of my appliances in my house are Samsung products.

Being my first smart UHD tv I was a bit intimidated at first. Not being totally tech savvy, I wasnt sure I could do the set up. Well, it was easy, intuitive and went very smoothly. The integration with the soundbar and blu ray player was easy. Picture is great.

This TV has a great image right out of the box. Also, the Apple app is easy to use and keeps me from having to purchase an additional Apple TV to use with this TV. Other apps work quickly and look great on screen. Very happy with this purchase. Very easy to set up.

Well, first off it's a Samsung, not to sound biased, but all of my tv's have been a Samsung, and honestly, I've never had any issues with any of them - and that is 7 of them over the past 15 years - inc small ones for the guest rooms, etc., so while I would like to say something negative to seem more practical and down to earth, I do always thoroughly research each particular model, and this time around, there was a specific TCL and a Sony that captured my attention, but it was the overall benefits and options, and last of all, but very importantly, the overall reviews on several websites, including the techie ones....I always get an additional year warranty regardless, but I've never had to use it, and customer service has helped me with the "new" stuff that i am not as familiar with setting up - So far this is a winner also!

I had been looking to get a smart TV for a while and decided to get myself one. After looking at many different brands and settled on this Samsung. I could not be more pleased with this TV. It has a very nice picture and was very easy to set up and use.

After watching this TV for a couple years now I'm convinced that I will not ever buy another brand. It is reliable, has a fantastic quality picture and setting menu is easy to get to what you need.

Great picture quality and good refresh rate for action. Speakers are okay if not a lot of background noise in the room. Definitely recommend a surround sound or speaker bar. Compared to my old Samsung the only downside is the viewing angle on this one is diminished. Otherwise very pleased with this buy!

It was an excellent purchase, and appreciate the help from the sales people, who took the time to point out features and benefits of this TV, compared to other products. Picture quality is excellent, and has all the features we were looking for plus!

Bought this as an upgrade from my 5 year old 46" Samsung Smart TV. This one was easier to setup up, gets more channels from the over-the-air antenna, the remote operates the Dish receiver and the 4K picture is amazing! I highly recommend this TV!

My wife and I had a slightly smaller version of the previous generation TV for (I think?) over ten years before it started shutting off unexpectedly and we replaced it with this one. The new features include "apps" for things like Hulu and Netflix, but we really haven't done much with them because we use the Apple TV for that. The picture is great, and set-up was easy.

I purchased this TV for my 15 y/o grandson. He is using it to stream movies, shows, sports, etc (via Netflix, Prime Video, Vudu, etc). He is also using it for gaming via Xbox One. ThecTV set up was easy and the picture is clear and vivid. No blur or lag when watching fast action movies and/or sports. Provides great wireless and wired connectivity options for a variety of devices (for viewing, streaming and/or projecting on or to the TV). Overall, the sound is pretty good. This TV does offer a good variety of sound options (as well as picture options which is nice and helpful). Overall, I believe this TV is great value for the price.

Nice TV. Easy to mount to master bedroom. Light. Getting used to remote control, some buttons would be better if positioned higher. Love the Netflix, Prime & Hulu home buttons. Makes it so easy to access apps. Picture is great, although only issue is when viewing from angle, picture light is very bright. But when do you ever watch tv from side?? hardly ever.

The remote has buttons that are too small and too close together. Those of us who have medium or large hands and fingers are at a significant disadvantage. Many of the buttons require a person to actually examine the remote to locate the button because the buttons are extremely small. The sound seems to be uneven. Music is loud, spoken dialog is soft. The sound level keeps changing. Whether this is a cable TV problem or a sound bar problem has yet to be determined. The software seems to be rather strange. The very long emanual seems to be oriented to multiple versions of the software. This makes it hard to understand the manual. Furthermore the instructions in the emanual and the visual choices available are not identical and require the user to adjust the instructions. This is NOT intuitive, indeed the emanual seems to be directed more to the software developers instead of the users. The setup seems to be straightforward. I have done it MANY times. This resulted from the TVs inability to remember how to obtain a Wi-Fi signal. I have solved this problem at present but this behavior was frustrating for more than 2 weeks after initial installation. This may have been caused by the connection method used by my service provider. The picture is great.
