Good TV

At first I had some problems understanding the features and how to make them work, but that all got ironed out. I still need to use the remote that came with it from the sound control instead of the tow we have from out service provider, but I'll call Samsung and try to get that straightened out. And I don't know how to adjust the color.

Good value for a 50" Samsung

TV did arrive without damage. Geek Squad did a great job removing TV from box and setting it up. They were knowledge, efficient, safe and courteous. Best Buy needs to add personnel to their telephone based Customer Service - way too long waiting periods for representative.
