Good value for a 50" Samsung

TV did arrive without damage. Geek Squad did a great job removing TV from box and setting it up. They were knowledge, efficient, safe and courteous. Best Buy needs to add personnel to their telephone based Customer Service - way too long waiting periods for representative.

After having a Vizio that took many seconds to switch from one channel to another the Samsung responds very quickly to changes. I need closed caption and they set off to the side which is better than across the screen. Unless TV's find a better way to transmit sound they all seem to lack quality. Biggest negative is if you do not look directly at the screen the image fades. Weird.
