    Easy to use and customize apps. Only thing that bothers me is it sometimes turns off on its own, and I’ve noticed the TV sometimes didn’t want to turn on when I tried to turn it on using the remote, even disconnected TV from the outlet ? Other than that I love it....

    I just moved to a new spot and wanted a bigger TV for my living room. I’ve only had this now for about 3 months but overall more prons than cons. Pros: 1. Amazing picture quality 2. Good sound 3. Sleek remote w/ lots of options 4. Voice assist 5. A lot of apps to choose from so you can stream 6. Free channels with Samsung tv 7. 1 year warranty 8. I got it for a great price! Cons: 1. When playing video games the tv constantly changed from gaming mode to regular mode so it was quite irritating trying to play on the tv (not sure if it was my hdmi cord) I contacted Samsung for assistance and I’m not sure if it was resolved I haven’t tried to play the game since 2. The other night my tv powered off on its own out of no where...

    I've had this TV for about 2 months. At first I wasn't a big fan of the remote, but now I like it and find it easy to use. This is my first 4K TV so I can't compare the picture quality to others, but it looks so much better than my old Samsung. The Smart Hub is easy to use and it doesn't lag when I'm searching through the apps. The only problem I do have is that it loses internet connection often. I've lost the connection about 5 times since I had it. I'm pretty sure its not my internet, since everyone else still works. Other than the internet connection problem. This TV is pretty good for the price.

    Having not purchased a large TV in over 10 years, I was surprised at the size and layout of the remote, and the lack of manual buttons on the TV. I know technology has and is constantly changing, however, without physical buttons on the TV, it makes it impossible to turn on the TV when the remote does not work, which has happened to me twice now. It is frustrating to play around with the batteries and the one button on the TV to get it going. I'm trying to contact Samsung to find out why this is happening.

    This TV is very good for the price,picture quality is Awesome. Sound is also good. Only giving 4 Star because sometime, it does not start with remote and I have to unplug it from wall and plug it again to fix this issue.

    While the clarity of the picture is very good, within 7 days the Netflix and Prime Video would not load and play on the tv. I had to plug in my Amazon firestick to watch, and go to two remotes. Once that was done, it worked, but whats the point of having the Prime amd Netflix buttons on the remote if they dont work? And yesterday the tv would not turn on or respond to remote( new batteries) untill i unplugged and replugged the tv. I realized there are no manual on, off, volume buttons on the physical tv, unless i am missing something. So im not sure how great this purchase is, but its starting off kinda rocky.

    I never would have imagined such clarity. I felt like I was there, on the set. The picture was so clear and the colors so vibrant that it made me feel like I was a part of whatever I was watching. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Really an amazing television.

    Great tv for our bedroom. It was easy to set up and set up and mount on our exiting dresser stand. The built in apps are easy to use. Solid picture quality for pre-bedtime watching.

    We purchased an additional TV for our bedroom so we did not want something too fancy or too expensive. Set up was very easy and so far, we really enjoy the picture quality. I would recommend this product

    We have been very happy with Samsung TV's for a while now, and this one does not disappoint. The picture is great and the setup was easy. We no longer need the Roku or Amazon Fire TV as the TV has all the apps/channels we need to stream our favorite content.

    Great tv Love it’s size and the price is unbelievable only thing I don’t really like is he remote and having to use it with the different services I have like OPB Netflix prime and direct tv it’s hard to move from one provider but I still love it

    Great picture and sound. The remote is different, I always just hit the number on the remote with this remote you either hit the up or down key or go to a button on the upper part that gives the channels and go to the one that you want. Something new.

    It’s a very nice TV at a good price. This is a nice upgrade from the Class 7, and the new voice control works nicely. Setup was ridiculously easy, and the picture and sound are quite good. It’s not the premier QLED, but still quite nice.

    Great value picture for my dark bedroom. The sound is awesome, probably due to the small room size. The remote sucks, unless it requires some level of familiarity beyond my usage, but it is simple.

    My fiance and I wanted a new TV for the bedroom. We came across this open box deal from best buy and decided to move forward. So happy we did! The TV is spectacular for the price we paid. Easy to set up, easy to use, and great quality.

    We bought this TV for our basement and are quite happy with the picture. The set up was extremely easy, and the remote was easy to program. We feel the price was reasonable for the quality of the television.

    Get to now this Samsung 8 series TV before leaving a review. I've seen negative reviews that aren't justified. Granted I haven't owned a 4K TV before, but I also do my research. For $400 this is an excellent TV. Built in Tizen smart TV and a gorgeous screen. Many settings to tweak the picture, and with the proper adjustments the picture will look good. I have a sound system connected, but the sound on the TV is fine. Remote takes a little getting used to, but is easy to use. Like I said get to know the TV. If you want this TV to perform like a $1000-$3000 TV you'll be dissapointed. Don't leave negative reviews based on those expectations. For $400 Samsung did a great job!

    Just the right make, size and price. I gave my 43 inch TV to my Granddaughter. My new TV shows a wonderful picture and, I enjoy my Smart TV. Go buy it's worth the price.

    I bought this tv in 2020, and now I have to replace it after having it for 3 years. The problems started early this year when I started to get this black line across my screen. Fast forward to today, now the TV gets the black screen of death within minutes of turning it on. The tv will automatically shut off and restart itself. I'm so disappointed with this Samsung TV. I normally love their TVs I have a smaller 42-inch which has been working perfectly fine since I purchased it in 2015. The quality really dropped within 5 years. **Buyer beware get the extended warranty!**

    The contractor did a great job setting up TV with cable on June 27. He connected cable remote and everything was just as hoped for. Loved the picture. Made you feel like you were right in the scene. Then it happened. Two weeks later, I pressed the 'Power' button on the remote and the cable worked but TV did not come on. The red 'controller' light on the bottom of the tv was on so there was power to the tv but no picture. Tried contacting Best Buy to get service, I was 300 minutes way down the line. Called Samsung, no luck. Finally went on-line. Found a website that recommended things to try. Unplug for 60 seconds, reconnect. It worked. TV and cable came on. Perfect. Then, a week later, it happened again. Unplugged, reconnected. TV came on. Went to Best Buy. Geek Squad wouldn't talk unless they got paid. This is not service!!! What good is a product if you can't get an answer. I haven't even had the chance to ask. It has been less than 3 weeks after I bought it and twice the TV has not worked. Is this an on-going problem? Did I buy a TV that requires unplugging every week? When it works, the TV is great but I don't know if I would recommend Best Buy or the TV to anyone.
